Product was pretty much completely broken - wood and glass. How you think a small piece of bubblewrap around the box (not even around the product) was going to prevent this I do not know. Poor quality too - rough wood not smooth, damaged edges (presumably because of transit). I now have 2 very disappointed children with nothing to give their mummy for her birthday. Poor show.

Promised delivery within 3 days. It is now day 5 from dispatch and still no delivery. Was birthday gift & occassion past 2 days ago. Promised to email when gift is dispatched with tracking link; never happened. Blamed delivery service's system which should be transparent to customers. Look for excuses rather than a culture of accountability when failure to meet promises.

Hello Howard and thank you for your feedback. We can see our customer service team have been in contact with you regarding your order query. As mentioned, the item is dispatched within 1-2 working days and then the delivery method is up to 3 days after this. This is due to the nature of how the item is produced. The partner company that produce these items are unable to directly send out dispatch emails to our customers but this is something we are working on for future orders. We are very sorry that your order arrived a day late but it looks as though it was dispatched on time and there genuinely must have been a delay within Royal Mail, hence it arriving a day after the estimated delivery date. As a good will gesture though, we have refunded your delivery charge for you and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Many thanks

I found my parcel soaked in my back garden this morning. I never got an email to say this was out for delivery. Nor did i receive a message to say it had been delivered and left in the rear of my property. Easily could have been stolen. Very unprofessional and unreliable communication.

The item I purchased does not have clear instructions. It’s very conflicting therefore I cannot use it as I would like. The company that created the product also have no contact information online and they are also not registered with the Directory. For this reason I feel I have been scammed into buying a product as I cannot use it.

This isn’t so much about Prezzybox as signature books who supply for them the personalised Beano annual for a specific year. It arrived and looked lovely however on closer inspection there were so many scribbles in the book clearly done by a child and printed like this?! Having paid close to £30 for a 50th birthday present I’m not impressed. Very poor, I’m hoping this will be rectified quickly by Prezzybox as the birthday is Saturday. I expected the printing to look old being a copy of an annual from 1969 with a few blotches but this takes the biscuit. If this is correct then it should be stated very clearly on the website. I cannot see how anyone would be happy with this for a present.

im really disappointed with my order, i ordered a hover ball target shoot for my cousins birthday, and when it arrived, i immediately wrapped it and left it in my cupboard, when he opened his gift, i was broken in so many places, i have never been more embarrassed, the toy looked like it had been used

Very disappointed to receive an email asking for feedback on an order I am still yet to receive! I have emailed prezzybox asking when my order will arrive as it is late, with no reply yet. Perhaps you need to change your expected delivery dates if you aren’t going to reach them. I’d appreciate someone contacting me about my outstanding order.

I am sad to say although my item was delivered on time. It was not was not what I thought I was purchasing. It is a con. I purchased what I thought was “ adopt a Spitfire for a year “ Only to find out it is not an original Spitfire but a KIT Spitfire !!!!! Huge difference. Both the writing on the TIN ! I will be contacting trading standards . Very disappointed.

I placed an order with prezzybox on 09/02/19 and am still awaiting the product to arrive. I feel twelve days is excessive in today's online shopping culture. Aside from the order confirmation I have received no update on my order.

I have still not received my order. Where is it? I sent an e-mail a few days ago to query where my order is but I haven’t even got a response. I am not very happy. It was a newspaper for my Dad’s 60th Birhday party. I am disappointed.
