The photo socks I ordered were a huge disappointmentioned. Id ordered them for Valentines. The photo was almost illegible so small and printed onto ribbed like material which distorted the photo as well. All in all very disappointing for the price

Ordering a gift and it said dispatched within 24 hours but this was a LIE and it didn’t get dispatched for over 2 days then delivery was 3-5 days! Still hasn’t arrived and has missed the celebration the gift was for. Customer service is terrible - just receiving generic emails that are NO HELP! Terrible terrible service should have gone to Moonpig who guarantee fast delivery!!

What bloody idiocy. If you order a personalised Toblerone, make sure it gets delivered somewhere where the receipient of the gift isnt going to be. Why on earth is the "Toblerone" and the receipients name printed on the outside of the box? yeah, it's only a silly little gift. But surprise element well and truly ruined. Complete lack of thought.

I made an order last week for a personalised football book for Valentine's Day. I was supposed to receive it by the 8th, it is now the 12th and no sign. I understand living in Shetland it can take longer to receive things, but I haven't even had an email saying it has been sent or anything. The money is gone from my account though! I emailed a few days ago to enquire about my order and have had no response and no emails, and it still looks like nothing has happened with my order when I try to track it. Very disappointed with the customer service here, a simple email telling me what was happening would have bee nice!

1 is a compliment. I have sent messages regards to my broken (dipped in gold) rose, which came handled not so gently. I have not received any replies back and I want refunding for this immediately

Order not arrived but courier showing as delivered. Emailed customer service on day when Hermes said it had arrived and explained the situation. 3 more emails since and no reply to any of them after a week. I know counters make mistakes but no response from prezzy box is terrible.

I bought a wooden keepsake box for my boyfriend as Valentine's day was approaching. At first glance it looked amazing and the personalisation was great! However as I took the keepsake box out of the cardboard packaging, one side of the wooden box was not glued and it fell apart. I had to superglue it myself as I did not have time to return it as Valentine's Day is approaching. It seems fine now but left me feeling a bit let down.

Hi, I usually don't write reviews, but I've been really disappointed by Prezzybox after making 2 x orders online for the first time. I specifically needed next day delivery for two birthday gifts - one for my best friend and one for my mother. - Order no 1 was placed on the 4th Feb for delivery on the 5th Feb. All went smoothly until I received an email at 16:47 on the 5th Feb - the day of delivery, to tell me that the item was out of stock!!! My order tracking showed that the item had been packed and dispatched however. The order tracking STILL says that it has been packed and dispatched. Too late for me to order something else for delivery on my friend's birthday, so I was left with the embarrassing task of telling her there would now be NO gift arriving. In addition, Prezzybox offered no gesture of goodwill, even the bare minimum of offering a reduction on my next order for example. This would have at least shown me that Prezzybox don't usually operate like this and acknowledge how unprofessional it is to not know what you have in stock...and then wait nearly 2 days to tell me. Ordered on Amazon instead, and the gift arrived the next morning. - Order 2 was the gift for my mother. This was ordered on the 5th Feb, and it's now the 10th Feb and nothing has been received. The order tracking just says 'delivery estimate between 7th and 11th Feb'. No update on whether it's been packed or dispatched. Who wants to call the recipient to see if their gift has arrived??? Not me, but I'm now going to have to check to see if anything has in fact arrived as I can't trust the tracking. Seriously? I'm sorry to leave a negative review, as I generally tend to let things slide, but honestly I'm so annoyed because I could have ordered somewhere else, and would have done if it weren't for the promise of next day delivery. Plus, to take nearly 48 hours to tell me you don't have the item in stock (after taking my money) is unacceptable. This was the first and last time I'll order from Prezzybox. I would really welcome your response / feedback.

Nice looking delivered on time. And really tasty the only problem is that came broker in half.. Really shame as we really well packed... I guess is the gamble you take if buy a cookie online
