“Still waiting for my parcel!! Yodel have tried to deliver 3 times (I work so are not home) they require a signature, so have taken it back to depot to hold for 7 days, guess what..:: I work and can’t collect at a time to suit my hours..: so you will be getting the product back and refunding my money!”

I even explained that it was essential I received it by that date and they reassured me they would make sure of it.
