Undelivered!!! I odered a gift for a friend for her birthday. The oder was made on January 16 and should have been delivered from January 21 to 23. Today is February 7, and a friend is still waiting for her gift.

My gift delivery has not been delivered yet, I tried calling the support number and the offices are closed, even though the message says I was calling within Office opening hours. Will not use this service again!

Still waiting for my parcel!! Yodel have tried to deliver 3 times (I work so are not home) they require a signature, so have taken it back to depot to hold for 7 days, guess what..:: I work and can’t collect at a time to suit my hours..: so you will be getting the product back and refunding my money!

Valentine's key ring. No description what so ever for the recipient. Just looks like a chunk of metal. Way too pricey for the item.

The cushion was not comfy and the vibrator was like I am sitting in the car, gives you a headache instead. extremely disappointed. Have to return it back. What's the procedure for refund.

Poor. They made a mistake on personalisation and said we would be charged for another copy! Would not recommend and will not be using again

Didn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, despite my contacting them to make sure that it would. I even explained that it was essential I received it by that date and they reassured me they would make sure of it. I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known it wasn’t going to arrive in time so I have been very let down.

Ordered cake for sons birthday. It wasn’t delivered. Prezzybox reordered for delivery tues it arrived wed pm. You did try to help on the Monday but it arrived 5 days after his birthday which was very disappointing and spoilt the birthday surprise altogether.
