I ordered my key ring on Tuesday. I was promised 2-3 working days, which meant the latest it would’ve been here was Friday. I still have not received my parcel, it was for a valentines present that I was taking away with me for the weekend and now it’s dissapointing that I have to give my present late as a result of your incompetence! Will not be using this again.

Unfortunately personalised items do take a little longer, as we have to allow time for them to be manufactured. For this item it states on our site that they are dispatched in 1-2 days, then the standard delivery method goes on top of that being 2-3 days. Not impressed at all really. Paid extra to get what I ordered on a specific day and it didn’t turn up when I asked for it so I waisted £12

Hi Josh thanks so much for your feedback, I have looked into your order and you are absolutely right. You ordered before the cut off time, so I have no idea why DPD didn't get this to you in the time you paid for. I have issued a refund of the price difference of £11.00 from this service down to standard service, this will appear in your bank within a few working days. Product was as described and delivered in good time however the surprise was ruined - I had bought a personalised Toblerone for Valentine’s Day and the description was written on the outer packaging, my partner saw it. So annoyed. So won’t use them again.

I ordered a personalised print, with the thought it was framed like the picture displayed yet all it is, is something I could’ve made on word documents costing me £20.00. Not happy with it at all

Poor customer service, called to check my order and was told they would call me back...heard nothing so had to callback. Item was much smaller than expected, nice enough but VERY expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t order again!!!

Been sent an email to write a review as my gift should have arrived today, but it hasn’t. Was a birthday gift that will now be late!! Even though when ordering said next day then email gave up to today, but late after you have paid! Then still didn’t come on the day they said. So annoying and it was my first time using prezzybox won’t bother again !

Package delivered and Left outside of house in pouring rain. All items were damaged and could not be given as “prezzy” Very disappointed and will not use again.

My experience with prezzybox has been poor, very poor, in fact if there was a lower rating than very poor I would go there. Product ordered on the 5th Feb, with a listed despatch of 1-2 days, an order confirmation mail was sent by prezzybox and received by me on the 5th, since then no product has arrived but money has been taken. I submitted a request to chase the order on the website but more than 24 hours later have not heard a single thing. Really, really, really bad. At this stage I would say do not use this company.
