Ordered 2 boxes of the hot chocolate balls and payed next day delivery however never received for 2 days, emailed asking why to be advised they were out of stock! Unless I emailed to ask I wouldn’t of probably found out! I had to ask for a refund of my next day delivery! Which still has not reached my account but just very poor. Payed next day delivery for Saturday delivery as I was going away on Monday so wanted to try before I left!

Really disappointed with size of cookie for 8.99!!! Embarrassed to give it for Mother’s Day!! And haven’t received rest of order

On Thursday afternoon at 1400 I ordered a next day delivery before 1200 and paid the hefty postage surcharge to ensure delivery The order did not arrive on Friday and on ringing them mid afternoon I was told there was a problem and the item would be delivered on Saturday Again no delivery and no call to say so I contacted them om Monday and they said the item would be delivered which it was at nearly mid day They offered to refund the postage which I suppose was something However the item was for a present for a new born baby which unfortunately was not able to be given The problem may well be entirely with the courier however that does not help. That is the reason I have given the rating

Very poor because I received no notification a) that the order was out of stock for 2 months but only confirmation that the item had been sent for delivery last Saturday and b) on telephoning yesterday to say where is the item to be told it was out of stock, no subsequent confirmation of refund of £12.98 cost of the item. I am somewhat surprised that this has been sent to me as the questions below are of course irrelevant

I ordered for 6 things for a friend in london!! I cannot get in touch with you as one of my orders has not been delivered and its been a month! Even when i try to track my order it says wrong order id when i have checked it again n again! If this is how your service is I am really sorry very poor!

I ordered two items, both had a delivery date of the 20th March, its now the 25th March and only one item has been delivered with no contact or information about the second item that is still missing. After chasing them I am now informed that the product is out of stock even though I received an email from them stating the item had been dispatched! Very poor customer service and mis-information of delivery times.

My order was placed on the 17/3/19. I received an order confirmation. I noted on the website that delivery would take 1 - 4 days. The confirmation e- mail said delivery would be between 20/3 and 22/3. The item never arrived. Since this gift was for a child’s birthday it was very disappointing

Not happy that the lid of the photo box did not fit at all - this was needed as a christening present for tomorrow. Had to give it to a relative who is a joiner to sand it down to make it fit

I ordered two items for a friends birthday, and paid extra for 48 hr delivery. The gift wasn’t delivered! When I tracked the delivery? It hadn’t been collected from Prezzybox. When I contacted Prezzybox, they didn’t know it hadn’t been dispatched. Customer service is shocking, they said it was an ‘accident’

Very dissapointed. Purposely choose you as you advertised next day delivery! Should havebeen delivered on the 16th march! Didnt arrive till the 18th march! I understand it was public holiday! But you should have advised me as it was my sisters birthday and i would have shopped elsewhere! Sorry for negative review!

Not very happy to be completely honest, I purchased the box with photos on the side & it arrived damaged. My mum might not get her mother’s day gift on time now as the replacement hasn’t turned up yet.

Really not happy. Ordered for a kids birthday party and the order never arrived. Wouldn't recommend this website.

Very cheap quality. Paid 24 pounds for something i genuinely could have done myself, disappointing. Cheap print out wouldn’t not recommend
