This is without doubt my worst online buying experience ever. I shall not use Prezzybox again. I ordered a personalised washbag which was due to arrive before Christmas and given delivery date between 19th-21st December. When I had not received a dispatch notification on the 20th I got in contact to find out what was happening. I was told that there was a problem with the supplier and the order would no longer be fulfilled (notices were due to go out later that day I was told). I was offered an alternative (which I didn't like but felt I had no choice due to time) and assured it would arrive next day. When the notice arrived later that day it said it would not arrive until after christmas, I got in touch again and was again assured it would arrive next day. I arranged to work from home the following day to wait for a delivery. When it appeared as though it wasn't arriving, I got in touch again. I was ignored, repeatedly. The item did not arrive. I got in touch again and eventually heard back after christmas, I was told they would chase up with their supplier. I never heard back. When I got back home after Christmas with family (but without gift) I discovered a 'parcel with neighbours' notice, it had not been filled in as to whom it was for or where it had been left. I spoke to my neighbour who had luckily picked up the parcel that had been left on my doorstep, on a busy street. Essentially they managed to mess up every aspect of this purchase; order, mistake rectification, communication, delivery. I do not recommend this company.

Couldn’t deliver the product as were unable to get a map of the area I requested. Hello - google maps.....

Bought a customized item with them which was suppose to have arrived on the 27th of December 2018. Today is 4th January and I still haven't received my item. And no one is responding to my emails either

I was very disappointed with the toyball I got it was a total waste of my money as it fell apart and is dangerous to animals and children

Service was terrible. Paid extra for Saturday delivery, which did not arrived. £2 was refunded and advised it would arrive the Monday, which it didn’t. Spent my own time trying to chase up with Hermes, as prezzybox.com didn’t reply and still haven’t replied, to numerous emails. Would not use this company again due tho this. The items itself were fine, when they finally arrived ( after Christmas)

I really would like to write a review but the prezzy was damaged and returned by the delivery service on Friday before Xmas who said you would get in touch to tell me what happens next.

Disappointed- bought couple of small gifts, the web page declared buy now get delivered for Christmas, arrived 27 December- wasn’t happy!

My gift didn't arrive at the delivery address it is still at Hermes and might take another couple of days.If I had known it was going to take so long I wouldn't have placed the order.It was for a Birthday on the 30th.This could be my first&last order with Prezzybox

Poor service children’s letters from Santa arrived 29th December. They arrived addressed to myself in one envelope. Inside that envelope was 2 blank envelopes, so didn’t even know which letter was for which child. Absolute shocking don’t buy Santa letters from these. Absolute rip off aswell at almost £15 for 2 letters with delivery “in time for chhrisrtmas”

Goods never arrived despite paying extra for next day 5 days before Xmas. Courier My hermes claimed had been to my place of work 3 times and no access when we are open 9-5 . Sounds like someone operating from a house rather than a corporate operation. Not happy !

We have still neceived our Saturday delivery parcel which should have been delivered on the 22nd. Hermes saying they haven't received it to deliver?!

Very disappointed that prezzbox”forgot” to send out my Christmas order so still hadn’t been dispatched when I rang 2 days after delivery meant to have happened. This meant wouldn’t now have time to get here before Christmas so I cancelled. What is worse is the same thing happened last year although that time there was enough time to get to me before Christmas when I rang. I won’t be using next year!

Website said the delivery would be in time for xmas however this was not the case. Really dissapointed with the false advertising!!!
