Awful, I ordered and paid for next day for my sons stocking presents only to be told after paying etc that they would not come till the Thursday after. Annoyed that I wasn't made aware of the inability to deliver next day before buying it, I tried to cancel the order. I filled in all forms online as although the website said it would be open till 2pm, my calls Before midday were informed by recorded message that the office was closed. I filled the form to cancel the order, and to contact someone and anything else I could think of, all of which refuse to send the message! At repeated different times! So now I have a parcel that I have paid overnight delivery for arriving at a house I am no longer at, because we were going away for Christmas, containing the presents for our sons, that we couldn't afford to replace, and a disappointment for them at Christmas THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE FORGOTTEN IN THEIR LIVES. And then to have the cheek of a email, write your review, for items we still haven't received. If there was a way to give negative stars we would be.

Said parcel would arrive before Christmas. It didn't. Still waiting.....

On the page with the items were to be delivered before Christmas. Until after payment when it stated arrival estimate 28th Dec. Complained to the contact centre they asked if they would like the ordee cancelling. I confirmed to cancel the order. I then got a notice to stay my item has been dispatched. Quite disappointed with my overall experience as the items on the site looked very varied for many people's gifts.

I have used Prezzybox before and it was good, so I chose to use them again. However, my Christmas gifts (scheduled to deliver on 22nd Dec, Saturday) did not arrive, and have still not yet arrived. Customer services have also stopped responding to my emails. Perhaps this has to do with the Christmas holidays. Awaiting your kind response as soon as possible - thank you!

i ordered my item on the 18th december and now n the 26th december still awaitingt this item. it was meant to be xmas present but unfortunately did not arrive in time for xmas. will not use this site again

At the time of receiving the email invite to review the gift I ordered the recipient is yet to receive, the product was advertised as available for Christmas delivery but this has not been the case. Disappointed and as of yet unable to contact anyone, courier (Hermes) is also unable to assist.

Worst place to shop. Item came broken and they told I can't have the same it replaced for the same thing . I had to down size or my mug or lose the personalisation.

Placed two separate orders for Xmas presents in the UK and prezzybox managed to stuff it up and send both orders to the same person! Also keep calling me by the name of one of the recipients of the order rather than my correct name. Had to call up and get a refund and now my godchildren don’t have Xmas presents from me. Not impressed.

The item ordered was a wrap around neck massager. It worked for less than 5 minutes.

I ordered 3 small gifts for Christmas, that was a week ago, today is Christmas Day and sadly the gifts haven't arrived. They may be good value and quality but sadly as I haven't received them they will not be given as gifts.

A Christmas present I ordered for my dad came ripped and started leaking everywhere! It was a massage cushion. How embarrassing!!!!!!!
