I paid extra for 48hour postage to guarantee in time for Xmas! Now I had to Explain to my father that his present from his first granddaughter hasn't arrived. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Delivery was fab, right on time. However we just opened and it will not work. So that’s very disappointing and a waste of money. :(

Absolutely awful, ordered presents that were stated as being guaranteed for Christmas and of course once I had paid for the them I then get confirmation to say my delivery will be arriving after Christmas, contacted customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction and they said that they couldn't guarantee it. Appalled. Don't guarantee it if you can't deliver.

Have just tried the goods you sent me before wrapping it up to give as a christmas present & the eyezone masseger just does not work. I have tried putting in a new battery but still not working. Really disappointed and down a gift. Before Christmas day is here i now after think about returning the eyezone masseger.

Was told my items would be here in time for Christmas they still havent arrived. Was told 2 of my items were out of stock so they would refund me for them on the very same day didn't receive the refund til 2 days later and was only refunded for 1 out of 2 of the items and still haven't yet received the refund for the second item won't be using this website again!

I ordered some items from the website on 17/12/2018. These items were supposed to be delivered by Hermes on 20/12/2018. I still haven't received anything. After attempting to contact Hermes several times and blaming them for the lack of information regarding the delivery, I have been told that Prezzybox did not provide the line of address for the delivery address, and thus, they were unable to deliver my parcel (I have screenshots to prove all this information). I hope this is a mistake, but this is something that I hope never happens again. I am extremely disappointed that by such a small mistake has caused such a big delay. Surprisingly, thanks to Hermes, I might get hold of the items today. Thanks for messing up with the delivery address. I don't think I will shop with you again after this experience!

Ordered a book and paid for express delivery. 3 days later was told my order could not be fulfilled ...the order was placed so should be in stock . Very poor service will not be using again nor will I recommend Prezzybox

The delivery has still not arrived!! Unfortunately I ordered this to be delivered for Christmas as it was a secret Santa present for one of my family. My confirmation email assured me it would be delivered by 19th of December and it has still not arrived so I’ve had to by an alternative present. This is simply not good enough and I would like a refund.

Not impresed at all with false delivery dates still 6 days over eta and are for Xmas and a birthday which as been and gone!very disappointed with the service I've recieved and empty handed and out of pocket
