Use of MyHernes as courier means presents for my family will not arrive before Xmas. Very disappointed. As I knew the day that MyHermes would be delivering (some very low value items), I left a note on the the door, asking for them to be left in my blue bin. I returned at night to find the MyHermes courier had been, had seen my note, but decided to leave a ‘non-delivery’ card, with ABSOLUTELY no details in the reference number of my delivery or the contact number of the courier! They just left a note saying they’d try the next day. I againleft a note asking for the delivery to be left, and for the courier to leave contact information.It being a working day, no one was around The courier left a very neatly written non-delivery card, with a mobile phone number..... Grwat I thought. ONLY TO FiND NUMBER UNAVAILABLE. Extremely bad service.

Didn’t arrive when said it would! So was unable to use it - hate a late gift total waste of my money! As had to get something else

Can’t believe I was asked for a review after complaining!! Parcel didn’t arrive, Hermes said it was delivered and signed for, and their delivery driver signed on my behalf when I wasn’t at home!! Absolute disgrace and waiting for a refund. Maybe it was stolen....

This request for a review of their ‘service’ was sent to me BEFORE my order arrived. I was led to believe it would arrive at the beginning of this week. My order was for a work colleague Christmas gift. My order finally arrived today, when I got home from work, and as such cannot be given as a gift since we have finished for the holidays, rendering the product useless. I will NOT be recommending Prezzybox to anyone. I regret ever coming across their website. Avoid at all costs

I still haven’t got my order and it said latest Friday, now I won’t get it before Christmas as it’s a business address, very disappointed.

Product ordered was not delivered, no contact from supplier about it. Chased online and got a re-delivery for the following Monday, not holding my breath.

Having not received delivery but tracking showing a signature which is not any one in household or neighbour, I contacted prezzybox to complain as this is a courier issue but I’m without 3 Christmas presents and only a few days left to sort. Prezzy box have not contacted me back regarding the complaint and I am still without goods

Very disappointed. All 3 shrimps had died before even opening the packaging. It was clear to see on arrival that the box had been thrown around in transit despite there being fragile taping wrapped around the box. This would have been the perfect Xmas present but now I need to resort to plan b and being £100 out of pocket.

I have not received my parcel. I have just tried to track it and apparently it was lest in a safe place 4 days ago at 1130am. I have a concierge service, so whose letterbox did they safely leave my stuff?
