Ordered on 12th December and was told I would receive my item 14th latest. Paid postage, item still not received on 17th. When I called, they said they would look into it. After my second call, I was told that my item was still at warehouse. Eventually received on 19th . Really should have had my postage refunded. Not happy.

I still haven't received my package yet, I paid extra for weekend shipping and Hermes shipping company have not taken my order or me seriously, I'm outraged, never ordering from them again, I want a refund for the shipping.

My box was left in the rain outside my front door completely visible to everyone. The cardboard was ripped and all the items inside were soaked and unusable. Really disgusting.

I ordered two things. One was the shower gel in a drip bag, looking like blood. When it arrived it was leaking as there was a hole in the bag containing the shower gel.

Absolute rubbish, really cheap products charged at extortionate prices. Giving you the impression it’s going to be quality. Never order again from this company.

The product I received was not up to the standard I expected. The photo cube was cut / assemblemed wonky and it looks aweful. I will be sending this gift back and I am now a gift short for my partner for Christmas!

Parcel still not arrived. Via Facebook parcel was found by side of road over 7 miles away from my address. Hopefully it,will,arrive,here over,a,week,late. Very poor,service all round and would not recommend this site at all

My order was made with a delivery request by courier on Saturday. The delivery was not made until Monday. I did not receive a phone call form the driver or Prezzybox to say my order would be delayed.

Box arrived but it was empty and had nothing else in stock! I’ve had better experiences to be honest, but they gave me a refund without any hassles.
