I paid extra for next day delivery , and as I ordered on a Saturday I didn't expect delivery until Tuesday at the latest . As it happens it didn't arrive until Wednesday wich was disappointing as well as annoying as my cousin who was to recieve the gift came to visit on the Tuesday . So I have had to use petrol to deliver her present . I don't think it's good practice to offer a service you can't provide !

Got a pair of personalised socks yesterday, absolutely dreadful!!!! Can’t tell at all what the picture is. Will not use you again!

Hi Very disappointed with your service. The silver trinket box arrived and was not engraved as requested. Im phoned and spoke to someone, who was supposed to get back to me, but with no avail.# The box was for a xmas present for my mother-in-law, who just lost her husband a couple of months ago. I had to go to Timpsons to get the box engraved, which cost me £20. Which has doubled the price of this item. Yours Sincerely Mrs Jean Dyer

Ordered a mug with estimated delivery of 3 days later, still no email to say it was despatxhed after estimated arrival date. Received an email a few days later to say that product was out of stock in which time I could have purchased something else. If it was out of stock this should have been made clear when the order was placed, not 6 days later

Item arrived battered, envelope and box ripped, fobbed off by customer service. Will not use again, so definitely would not recommend.

Really disappointed with the book I purchased and even more so with the posting charge which was more that the book. Definitely would not recommend
