The item arrived battered and bent! This was for someone's Xmas pressie so not happy as I can't possibly give it as a gift!

I wasn’t happy with my purchase & asked for a refund but they wouldn’t. The product was poor quality and Vikki Arkell was not helpful, so I’m stuck with a £23 pair of socks. I will no longer shop on this site & definitely will not be recommending this site to others.

Terrible delivery service. Left it outside my house in the rain without knocking as I was in all day. Never even left a note in case I wasn’t in.

Ordered from them 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time, they sent the wrong item. The third time, I placed the order and was told by them website to expect delivery in the following two days. Five days go by, no sign of my order. I sent them a online chat message to find out what was going on, and they said that one of the items in my order was out of stock, even though the item was listed as being in stock while all this was going on. In the meantime, I'd had no communication to explain what was going on with my order and why it would have been delayed. Not what I would have expected from a company which claims to have award-winning customer service.

I don’t know why I was send this email. I’ve ordered something but the address wasn’t fully printed on the parcel, and the courier took it back. I called and asked for the address to be printed in its entirety and put back on the parcel, and the parcel to be sent again, but I never got any confirmation that that was done. I’ve also received a wrong email, now this one, about reviewing something I didn’t even receive, I don’t know what the status of my parcel is and if I’ll really receive it next week, as promised on the phone. I’m confused and disappointed.

Disappointed. First and last time I'll be using prezziebox. Firstly, prices are way too expensive for what you get. Secondly out of the three items I ordered, one was posted reasonably quickly, one arrived a week later and one hasn't arrived at all. Not to mention the total waste of packaging shipping everything individually.

Ordered some bespoke socks as a stocking filler, expecting them to be sent under plain packaging as one might expect around Christmas. Instead the packaging was emblazoned with a huge "Socks Smile" sticker. No prizes to my girlfriend if she guessed that present right. Why would you consider this a good idea at Christmas?

I was sent a personalised item which had a picture of 2 people I have never met in my entire life, I was told I would hear something back when I made a complaint and still waiting. Not great.

Box completely torn across top and all down one side. Nothing to inflate it with as advertised. Didn't look new. Most disappointing online purchase I have ever made.

Very disappointed with your delivery agent. I followed the tracking your delivery and I was told it would be delivered on Saturday 1st December, it wasn't! On Monday 3rd December I phoned Prezzybox.com and was told by the lady that once the package had been delivered to your local delivery agent Hermes Prezzybox had no control over the delivery date! I asked if she could contact them and ask when it would be delivered she said no shge couldn't and suggested that I went onto the Hermes site and put in my tracking number which i did. The Heremes tracking number told me my package would now be with me on Monday 3rd or Tuesday 4th. I stayed in all day Monday and nothing arrived and only on Tuesday morning was i given a time slot of between 2pm and 4pm again i waited and nothing arrived until 5;35pm another day wasted. Not impressed will not be using your site again especially when you have no control over the delivery agent for a day or time slot.
