I am utterly disappointed. I found the perfect gift for my partner on your website. Decided to risk purchasing it as I don’t live in the UK, so I had it shipped to a friend who lives in Surrey. It has still not arrived!! Order number 102793232.

When I received the email to do a review, I was rather surprised seeing as not only had my things not arrived yet, they’re late and lost by the looks of it. Keep going on to the tracker and finding ‘Delayed - investigating’, how long does it take to investigate?!

Can’t comment on order has still not been delivered even though it was same day delivery now nearly a week later will not be rushing back as this order was to be sent abroad and will have to get an alternative if doesn’t turn up today.

Was quite happy how easy it was to order an item on website + there quick response saying item in stock + delivery date but one day later got email saying item out of stock and no idea when stocks due. Should check accurately if item definitely in stock before taking payment details - saves tine+ frustration on both sides so will think twice before ordering with Prezzy in future ss what they say is not how it is!

Never received my order. Contacted the courier and they said they couldn't find my address yet no-one else has ever had a problem. Dissappointing and never even received my money back. I had bought them for a special birthday and had to explain when nothing arrived. Dissappointing.

I havent recieved my order yet-should i have? I didnt get a reciept from prezzy box just from paypal?!?!? Not helpful as cant actually remember what it was i ordered!!

Total waste of time! Ordered 2 items, 1st item did not work, 2nd item was terrible quality, looked like a factory reject!!! Had to then spend the time phoning to return, driving to post office and then back to square 1!!!! looking for presents!!!

Received a faulty item, reported it via a chat with Joe, 3 days later I am still waiting for a solution. I asked for a refund. Surely I can send it back to you and you can refund me, job done! It was bought as a present, I need the money back to buy something else.

Really disappointed with this purchase. Yes the message style is nice but I have just payed £19.99 for a piece of a4 card with writing on. Can't believe you would actually charge so much for such a cheaply made gift. Disappointing !
