Very Poor.. Nothing like l Expected.. One very small part of the photo used. Not worth the money... Customer service very poor!!... Would Not Recommend U!!! Two Rolls of Rubbish Paper for £44!!

I ordered 2 items, one of which never made it. The tracking says delivered but there was nothing I could do. If Prezzybox uses a service where there is a delivery confirmation (such as a signature) then that would be helpful. Otherwise, in my case, I had to run out and look for another gift last minute. Not happy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered mine over a week ago and got an email saying they sent it back to the sender and did not give me an explanation as to why and have not heard anything back and have not received my 20 pounds back! Awful website do not recommend! They then sent me an email saying they hope I enjoyed using there website after I never even got my delivery!

Tie clip initials were bent and the font was bad. Especially letter “g” was not even recognisable. Box was good bit the gift was the tie clip. I will buy something else as I feel embarrassed to give that.

Ordered 3 personalised water bottles with 3 different personalisations and 2 bottles came with the same name!!! So DISAPPOINTED as I need to take these as gifts in a couple of days. Hope I get a replacement by Saturday as I am taking them abroad.

I ordered 2 items on a Thursday and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day but living within the highlands I expected it to be a day later which was fine. But it’s now Tuesday and it’s still not arrived which is very disappointing because it was a birthday gift and is now past the birthday. That extra money for faster delivery was a waste of my money and would arrive the same time as standard delivery. Very disappointing

I find it slightly comical that I’ve been sent a ‘review your experience’ when I haven’t even receieved my parcel yet. Photo attached so you can see how great my bonsai tree looks on my windowsill.

I ordered a gift for a friend and I pay extra to be delivered next working day. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, and my friend end up having her birthday present one day later. Even though they refunded the delivery fee ,what’s the point of paying extra for a service that your advertised but no comply?

I have been waiting for my order and apparently Hermes have tried to deliver twice - I have been in all day both days and have had no ‘we missed you’ notes. Due to this I have now missed my nephews birthday which I bought these for.
