Maybe you should try sending that which the customer has ordered rather than send them pointless emails telling them to review your service for which they are still waiting on. I ordered over a week ago and it still hasn't been sent. Step up yo game

Hi Tim, Thanks for your feedback! Your order is estimated for arrival between Thu, Oct 25th 2018 - Mon, Oct 29th 2018. This was dispatched on the 22nd with Royal Mail fro our external partners. We provide our estimated arrival dates in the checkout before purchase and again in our confirmation emails. Thank you!

Item i recieved was very poor quality. Presentation box very poor quality and when i have emailed to complain i have had no reply

1. You ask me to review your website the day after I place an order. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for that order and I have no expected delivery date. Had I known of this long delay, I would have placed my order elsewhere. Unimpressed.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you received your review email too soon. We have spoken to our partner company who produce your item and there was a delay with your order at their warehouse but was dispatched on the 19th on a standard Royal Mail service so should be with you by the end of the week. In the meantime, we will refund your delivery charge for the inconvenience.

I have used prezzybox for years. However, I recently placed an order and paid extra for Saturday delivery as this is when someone would be at my address. This was completely ignored. I contacted prezzybox to ask for a refund for the postage, since I did not get the service I requested and paid for, and received no response. I understand mistakes are made but to have no response to my request for a refund is unacceptable. Will not buy from here again.

I purchased a personalised bauble and although the bauble itself is OK the engraving is barely visible so I may as well just buy a bauble
