I haven’t received my order yet which was meant to be delivered 12-16th July, my bank account has been debited and then I get an email to say the order has been delayed until 30th July. So, unfortunately I cannot score any different. I will not use prezzybox again.

Ordered something for my God Daughter and son’s birthday. Paid for it. Received a confirmation email. Then received an email stating the items are out of stock and won’t get them TIL week beginning 30th July. Disappointed. On this experience only 1 ⭐️.

Absolutely awful! Had my order cancelled and was not informed until I rang up and asked about where it was. Even then they didn't give me an explanation just confirmed it was cancelled. Very unreliable.

Still waiting for my goods which were needed for today!! My gifts have not arrived - so my daughter is devastated. I cant track and when I questioned earlier in the week I was told they would arrive on Wednesday. Not happy at all.

Delivery said by 10th now 11th, had no email confirming delivery. Was a present for birthday today, disappointed.

Still waiting for my parcel. Nothing received yet three days after it was supposed to have been delivered . No notification in the letter box either for trying to deliver it ..... Speechless

I know it’s the not the fault of prezzy box itself but the fault of hermes. I ordered my item on the 14-06-2018 and was supposed to be delivered the next day, and today 29-06-2018 I still haven’t received my item. The couriers keep saying there is no access to the building when they clearly are not even trying to get in. I have been waiting in all day, every day for a parcel that isn’t going to come. Prezzy box please change your courier.

The item was of poor quality more plastic than wood. The online description and product photo were very misleading. I would think twice about purchasing from prezzybox in the future.
