I bought a personalised gift for a friends birthday. Even though I knew I had ordered too late to arrive on time, it would have only been a couple of days late. I waited and waited for the delivery confirmation email that was supposed to come after dispatch, though to no avail. Eventually I found the present had been delivered by texting the recipient themselves, risking the element of surprise, as they knew nothing of the gift. Unfortunately all information on my order was difficult to obtain. Even logging onto Prezzybox did not link my account to the order for status updates. I do realise that it was a third party delivering the personalised gift, however in this day and age, communication is paramount.

They wouldn’t refund me for something because it was ‘engraved’ by engraved they mean it was the writing I wanted put on with a sticker! Bad customer service

I ordered 2 personalised glasses and a tea towel from here. I got the order confirmation and despatch email that said the personalised items were being delivered from a partner company but the tea towel from them. The glasses from the other company came in time and are brilliant, the tea towel from prezzybox.com never came, I emailed and never received a response. I checked my bank and the refund had been sent with no communication. No care for customer service or customer satisfaction, do not use this company unless the order is coming from a partner company!

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that we did run out of stock of the Tea Towel you ordered. The last one we had in stock was damaged. We did email you on the 25th May to let you know that we wasn't able to send this to you and a refund had been issued. Please accept our apologies if you did not receive this email.

Disappointed! I ordered a 21st birthday present on the 11th (may) for a birthday the following Saturday 19th (May) and my parcel only arrived yesterday (21st May) even though when I ordered my gifts the email stated they would be arriving on the 14th (birthday card) and the engraved glass on the 17th! Won’t be using this service again,

Bought for our godsons 21st..quality of item very poor..when it came it was dented & wouldn’t close that’s how tinny it was I just pushed it out..I would have returned it only it was personalised...would not recommend it. The only good thing was quick delivery.

I haven't received my order, and on calling customer service was told I'd have to wait and see whether it turned up. Only to get an email this morning asking me to review my experience!

Over a week later and I still have not received an email to say my item has been dispatched so that I can track the order. I have not received the order at all and now received this email asking how the service was which worries me as I guess I should have received my order but it has not come!

Paid extra for Saturday delivery but item wasn't posted until the following Tuesday. Ruined a surprise for a friend. Finally got a refund but very difficult to get a response from customer service. Will not use again

Card and picture frame ordered on Wednesday and did not get to destination until the Tuesday (after bank holiday Monday) the dates initially given said that the card would get there on time and was dispatched separately from the frame. Due to this I missed the anniversary date! I’ll go back to moonpig next time!
