Advertised as a Father’s Day gift, once ordered it said it would arrive Monday and then hZd notification it had dispatched and would arrive Monday to Thursday and Thursday is here and nothing yet! Unlikely to use you again.

Upon receiving my package it was damaged and the poster was dented. As it was purchased for Fathers Day i was unable to provide this as a gift. The description suggested that the package should be "toblerone" shaped. It was flat when received by me. This was my first purchase from Prezzybox and likely to be the last.

My order was submitted at 12:30, with next day delivery. I called 2 days later to ask what is wrong, they told me they would get back to me. It's been a week now and I still haven't received my item and they haven't called me. Avoid ordering

The cake was atrocious. Very small to begin with, and so hard, my daughter couldn’t even eat it! Went in the bin after few days! Shouldn’t be sold. Waste of money

I had ordered something that was for Father’s Day. It told me that it would be delivered between Wednesday 13th June to Friday 15th June and today I still don’t have it. I try and go and track it but it keeps saying failure so I don’t know what to do. I would like to know where my parcel is and why it has taken this long.

My order was due to arrive latest 4 Jun. It has still not arrived and was for my mum's 60th birthday. I have emailed to find out when it will arrive and still have no reply. But you have my money....

I ordered a number of things, one of which was a personalised ear bud holder. The web site clearly says (and still says) dispatched within 5-7 days. Yet the order acknowledgment says estimated dispatch is between 10 and 13 days, after the order. Nearly twice the time shown on the website. If I'd have known that at time of order, I wouldn't have bothered ordering it and would have bought it from somewhere who is more truthful in their delivery times.

The days estimated on the web page are a dispatch time, not delivery time and this should be reflected in the shopping cart and confirmation email. Placed order on the 4th June, a gift for father’s day. Chased the order on the 14th by phone and email, as still had no dispatch information, no response by either, even though the office open hours where 5.30 and this was 11.53 am I rang. No answer. Disgraceful! I expect a full refund and will never shop with these again.
