So dissatisfied with the item I ordered, the personalised engraving so small I couldn't read it. Was able to read engraving on your website but when I received this item, which was meant for a present, I couldn't believe how poor it all was.

I haven't received the item! It was ordered for a birthday present and the birthday has been and gone! Not happy.

I paid for next day delivery and the order took 3 days to arrive. One of the items which arrived (unicorn plasters pack of 15 plus free gift) contained one plaster ?

Ordered voucher 30 April for anniversary present expecting it within one day. Still waiting 8 May!,,,, received a snotty email saying it takes 24 hours... joke. Very disappointed

I placed my order on 22 April, was e-mailed to say my order would be with me by the 24 to the 26th. I have still revived my order...which I'm disguted by as this was a gift for mum for hospital. I've still no order but I'm expected to leave a review.

Still not received my delivery 10 days phoned royal mail and yourselves but cannot do anything for another 4 days this was a birthday gift which will not be here

I haven’t received my package! It was due last week, I followed the tracking link and it said tracking unavailable beyond the point of dispatch. So I know it was dispatched but then it never made it to me :( It was a birthday present for my girlfriend and now it’s late

I was told 1-3 days delivery. It is now over 8 days and both presents have still not arrived. Two birthdays missed!!!!! Bloody terrible.
