Poor service and poor communications. Item received was not to requirements. Followed instructions for return, I.e. used 'contact us' form and to date (over a week) had no reply. So I'm still stuck with the item. Also postage & packing charge was excessive for the item size and weight.

There should have been two different delivery dates before you placed your order and with your confirmation email. Will never order from you again you say on your website 48 hours delivery gave me a date 10th-13th August this for my wedding anniversary which I ordered from you hoping it would be here still waiting to late my anniversary was on the 13 don’t say on your site 48 hours delivery not happy

I was so excited to give these to my partner as a gift, it’s a shame that they never turned up and the delivery company used is a total shambles, ruined surprise and very unhappy customer.

Email confirmation of my item being delivered despite it not being here. I have emailed customer services to check why this is but still had no reply from them with an explanation, the item or a refund.

Ordered a birthday present to arrive next day on the Friday. Didn't arrive on the Saturday. Offices were closed over weekend. Phoned on the Monday to see what was happening. Was assured it would arrive on the Tuesday but it wasn't dispatched until the Tuesday. Did not appreciate being lied to! Money back for delivery and small discount on item did not make up for the disappointment of not being able to give the gift on the actual day of birthday! Looks like I'm not the only person to have this issue. Really poor customer service. If suppliers are an issue change them! Will not use prezzybox again!

I booked and paid for the next working day, advised to deliver at the hotel I was staying at. You came and went to the hotel BAR....??? who knew nothing about accepting parcels... you left and didn't bother calling me and left. I had to fly out the following day and I received not a single apology or message from your poor establishment! HIGHLY DISSAPOINTING! Not impressed by you at all!

I ordered an item in white. The item arrived in black, despite the delivery note saying it was white. And the website saying that white was still available. On enquiring about returning it, I have been sent an email which I am required to print out, which will require going to an internet café to print out. All the while, obviously I am still without the item I was in need of - obviously I am not happy and would not use this company again.

Very poor delivery service. Ordered item on 18/7/18 email stated dispatched 19/7/18 did not arrive until 26/7/18 and delivery charge was £4. Going on previous experience i would expect next day delivery or day after for that price. Worse still item was for a birthday gift and has arrived 4 days after the event. Wont we recommending or using Prezzybox again sorry. Not even that impressed with the item really not what i was expecting. ☹☹☹

I ordered the personalised socks at 19.99 expensive but I hoped it would be worth it. There was a further 3.95 postage and packaging. Anyhow they never arrived but I received a parcel addressed to me containing someone else’s order with full billing details etc I contacted prezzy box and supplied the details but they insisted on proof - how would I know the details? I provided screen shots then they refunded me the 19.99. So now I am out of pocket by the 3.95 delivery charge, my personal data has probably been inadvertently disclosed to someone else and I have no socks - the measure if this company is evident in the customer no service

Paid extra to have package delivered on my missus' birthday and was assured items would get there. The card arrived a day late and the actual present still hasn't arrived a whole week later! Was told I would get a refund for the next day delivery payment, yet to see this, in any case too little too late :(

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size socks, and the correct size wasn't in stock, so. I have faced the embarrassment of not being able to give my good friend a present on her birthday. A full refund was clearly the minimum required, but that doesn't make up for me not being able to give a present to a good friend, ironic given your name (Prezzybox) - NOPrezzybox...
