The Saturday delivery I paid for didn't arrive! Stayed in all day to 6pm for nothing and can't track my order as still says 24th November... 😡

This product, altho seems like a great idea just isnt. the pictures I sent in were nothing like what was printed on the socks. side note for the socks too - they come up very big!!

I have received the Personalised Suede Envelope Clutch Bag that I have ordered with a name tag which is of horrible quality - very disappointed, as it looks like used, old, cheap bag!

Avoid Avoid Avoid - unless you want to waste endless time wrangling with the customer 'service' dept. Re the personalised dog socks - massive disappointment - the foto needs to be a perfect size and quality to even be recognised as a dog. But you don't realise this til you receive the item. Save some money and purchase a far better product at Vista Print for eg, where the recipient actually has a chance of recognising their own pet. I have been refunded for 2 of 3 pairs as a 'goodwill gesture' even though they concede their quality control is lacking and they tell me they had several similar complaints this week... overall disappointing. Things go wrong and I accept where I am at fault to a degree (with the choice of photos - even though they were accepted by the website) but the tone of communication, and the product, has really let this company down...

Long delivery time, I’m getting asked for a review before my delivery has happened. The spelling on you website also needs looking at. Makes you look unprofessional.

We are very sorry about this but our review email is an automated one and as this item is personalised, it may take a bit longer for delivery but we can see your order should be with you between the 23rd and 28th. Still to receive either part to my order. What's more worrying is that upon checking the tracking information after getting this email, I am told that one part of the order has been delivered - to a 'safe place'. What does this even mean as I have not taken receipt of anything??

Still waiting for delivery for a 40th birthday present now 7 days late!! When calling to ask where the gift it was asked have I been to the sorting office to check for the parcel even though I have had no attempted delivery or dispatch email!! I find this completely unacceptable and unbelievable. Will not use again

They should not use Hermes as delivery drivers as they left my parcel outside my building in a communal area and the parcel was stolen before I was able to retrieve it. I will not be making any,ore orders from prezzybox until they stop using Hermes couriers

3-5 working days is a lie. I have had to wait 6 days and still not even had a dispatch email which will then actually be 3-5 days from then.

Really disappointed with the quality and size of the socks, there huge the pictures are ok, glad I didn’t order the second pair, I was thinking of doing.
