Ordered a hat 9 days ago to find you don’t have any stock and no one contacted me. I had to chase 3 times and every time they said it was on its way. Now I don’t have the present I need for Christmas Day. I won’t be recommending you to any of my friends.

I paid £14.99 for delivery for my order to be delivered before 10:30am. The order arrived at 10:55am. I believe this is completely unacceptable having paid (quite a lot extra) for this order to be delivered early.

I received no confirmation email of my order. I emailed customer services to query this and did not receive the courtesy of a response. The Hermes courier was rude and let herself in to private areas of our property which were gated! Very bad experience !!

You delivered my parcel to the wrong address completely You delieredo yo Petersham, drive not gardens And it was left in the rain to get wet and was an electrical device so know I have to check if it will work at ALL

Ordered 3 items and only 1 was acceptable to be given as a Christmas gift. 1 item was dirty,rusty and scratched all over. Other item was nothing like the picture,was wonky and uneven. Should never have been sent out in the condition they were in, won't be ordering from here again.

The item was meant to have arrived by Friday but it did not. I tried to cancel the item very soon after ordering it within an hour but was told they were unable to do so. So now the money has been taken out of my account and I didn’t even receive the item by Friday when I would’ve needed it despite cancelling it and I am still waiting for it to arrive so that I can return it and get my money back. Overall not a good experience at all.

Terrible, product was not sufficiently wrapped and broke in transit. Really not happy as they were Christmas presents for friends. I don’t want the hassle of sending them back so have chalked it up to experience. Rubbish company, will never buy from here again.

Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days. Ended up taking 3 days. I only order the present as I knew it would get here in time for a party. Phoned customer services and they told me the product would be dispatched in 1-2 days, not delivered. I double checked the product on the website and it definitely says delivered in 1-2 days. Disappointing.

Package arrived nearly a week later than initially stated. The box it was in was mangled (very surprised the contents was still in one piece) however, it only contains 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Highly dissapointing, would not recommend.
