Hi Julie As your order was placed on a Saturday, your order was not fulfilled until the next working day which was yesterday (Monday being bank holiday) to then be on next day delivery which was today. Paid extra for next day delivery to find out after payment 4 to five days four days late for intended purpose misleading?

no mention of del date until after payment. paid for next day on Friday after payment told Tuesday. NOT GOOD ENOUGH …. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Having just received an email telling me to download Adobe Reader and then not being able to do so I have now had to pay to have the gift voucher sent by post. I am extremely unhappy about doing this but I had no alternative. I will think twice before using this company again.

Poor quality of torches both blurred pictures very expensive for what you get can hardly tell with the pictures very disappointing!

The online purchasing process never asked for the delivery address but instead took me straight through to the payment page. This resulted in the item automatically being sent out to my address when in fact it is a gift for someone else and I wanted it to be sent to a different address. I completed an online message form straight away informing prezzybox of this error and the address I wanted the item sending to. This wasn’t actioned and prezzybox have sent the item to the wrong address. My gift now won’t arrive at the intended recipients address in time for their birthday. I won’t be using prezzybox again.

Received the wrong order very unhappy as it was a easter gift! Personalised the cream egg box with pauls eggs and been sent Karen’s eggs and the box was open! Not the best service

Arrived too late. Disappointed. They are a horrid colour. For the price I paid these were absolutely not worth the money.

Item still hasn’t arrived and it was for my sisters 70th birthday so I have been completely let down. I complained and received a reply today saying the item was sent but not tracked and tonwait 19 days before contacting them again which, quite frankly, is disgraceful customer service. They clearly haven’t grasped that I ordered this item personalised for a birthday present and that day will come and go long before they want me to escalate it to them. Waste of space

Got a personalised lighter and it came in a damaged box and it didn't work! No where to put fluid in, it's stiff to spin the thing to make it light, so upset because it was meant to be a present!
