Brought gift for a birthday and it wasn’t delivered as promised. So no present for the birthday. Very disappointed as promised next day delivery.

I ordered a personalised cookie for £8.99 and delivery for £3.99. Meaning it was on the £12 mark. However, on my bank it charged me a lot more. It charged me £28.92. Not happy, so I cancelled it very quickly after.

Should have been delivered today, 31/7/2019, I paid £6.99 for Next day and it’s not arrived. Birthday present.......very annoyed.

The gift I bought arrived melted into a ball and smashed. No effort made by the company to ensure their product arrived as advertised. This was intended as a gift but arrived fit only for the bin. I want my money back.

Good Afternoon, Where do I start? Having ordered this poster as a wedding gift and hoping it would be clear and at least legible for my friends to read. Not only do I have to hold the print at least 5 feet away to slightly makeout the image I also need a magnifying glass in an attempt to read, however this is made more difficult by individual words missing or faded away. ( Make your own words up or take a guess of the song) Not what I was expecting! I have had several other prints using this effect with other companies which I have been more than happy with. I will definitely not be using this company again or recommending within my business or circle of friend. Disappointed Customer Pam Jones

I paid for a next day delivery but estimated delivery is 4 days after i ordered it so why let me pay for next day delivery

Product still not arrived after paying for next day delivery which should have been yesterday but I'm still sat here with the tracking note saying Hermes waiting for sender to pass it on. Needed it for my friend's birthday today so now I'm turning up empty handed. Thanks
