Asks for a review before purchased items arrive. To comment on current experience so far website doesn't seem to work well with mobiles. Cant comment on service as my side as been fulfilled fully and I doubt and company can package and ship their side within 30 minutes.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks from this website and received 3. I haven’t had my money returned or received the socks. I wouldn’t recommend handling over any money

Why does it say 1-2 days and it's been already 4 days and haven't received a dispatched email.. the person i got this for goes away tomorrow I'm so disappointed it's only a cookie for Christ sake. First and last time buying from this place seriously

It was a day late n the worst part delivered wrong cookie order . It was for my niece Shanzey but after late delivery they send wrong name on the cookie aswell some Greggor. Very disappointed never using this company again .

I ordered 1 x Mar-mite jar on Order Number: 103243806 Order Date: 22nd September 2019 Delivery was shown as Wednesday 25th to Friday 27th. I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!! today the 1st October. Very annoying as it was needed for a birthday party on Sunday 29th. Can't answer the questions below because it has got here!?

I’m really disappointed - I ordered a little gift as a good luck wish and it did not arrive within the estimated delivery time. This meant that the gift would not be received until after the event, making it pointless. I would not have ordered it if I had known that the delivery estimate was incorrect.

The customer service was excellent but the rating of one star is for the quality of the merchandise. The supposedly delicious Belguian chocolate was cheap, nasty and in the words of the recipient ' inedible' though it looked very pretty'. No flavour of strawberries just some nasty sweet red stuff that tasted of sugar. The pampering box would have been nice if the bath items had not been of a size for a doll's bath. At £30 for the two items I expected better. Complete rip-off and a real let fdown when I wanted to treat my sister. Never again.

Firstly, no shipping notification so called and learned item was lost in transit. Prezzy.box requested item be resent and labeled expedited and would arrive the next day which it did not and has not arrived yet so now two days late. Payment has been refunded at our request. In addition, prezzy.box offered no opportunity to write a gift message with the order. Though the company may be well- meaning, it falls far short of normal customer expectations and would not use again.

Cant give any real rating as I haven't even received it yet. Guess all the reviews on here are spot on, they say 3 days for delivery but I wouldn't go by this. Ordered it 4 days ago and still haven't even received an email saying it's been dispatched. If you cant ship it in 3 days, just be honest and tell people the realistic times. My girlfriends bday is tomorrow and I have nothing to give..
