I have not received my order. I have the prosecco personalised but that is it. Not the shot glass and not the cushion. Please advise.

My order was wrong. One item was duplicated and another item was missing, but later added in a separate order - adding more postage. I emailed the errors but got nowhere. Won't be using Prezzybox again. Abysmal!! Sheila Potts

Not a particularly good first experience. I paid for next day delivery and the parcel only arrived on day 3.

Absolutely awful company. Descriptions on the website don't match what you'll receive, but they don't care - it's your fault, apparently. There's many other retailers offering the same items, I'd use one of them if I was you.
