“My order was wrong. One item was duplicated and another item was missing, but later added in a separate order - adding more postage. I emailed the errors but got nowhere. Won't be using Prezzybox again. Abysmal!! Sheila Potts”

“Absolutely awful company. Descriptions on the website don't match what you'll receive, but they don't care - it's your fault, apparently. There's many other retailers offering the same items, I'd use one of them if I was you.”
