First time order. Paid for next day delivery and 4 days later in still waiting. Yes its a busy time of year but strange how every other order I've made has arrived from other suppliers. Your parcel delivery is likely to be harming your business. This won't reach me in time so expect a return 100% not impressed.

Placed an order yesterday on a next day delivery for today. Looking at the tracking today, it’s clear it’s not going to arrive as there isn’t any tracking. I rang this morning and was told to call back at 4pm and if tracking wasn’t updated they’d arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched for tomorrow. Called at 4pm to be told to track the parcel again tomorrow morning as he was “90% sure it would arrive tomorrow”?! Refused to send a replacement parcel on this basis, then changed his mind and said I’d missed the cut off for delivery tomorrow anyway. Poor service and I definitely won’t be using again.

You guys actually deserve zero stars due to your horrible delivery service. How do I order items for next day delivery and I still don’t have them after three days? I have missed the deadline for secret Santa at my workplace due to your awful delivery service and you guys are an absolute disappointment!

Ordered the product and paid additional for delivery with an arrival of 19th december. It is now 2 days late. What's the point in paying extra for it to still not arrive? Had to buy a different present as too late

I would of loved to of given you a good review, but as I still have got the gift that I ordered which was supposed to of been with me between the 18th and 19th of December, then unfortunately I can't give a good review I'm afraid, it's the end of the day on the 20th of December and still no delivery. But you've used Hermes, I'm not suprised I've not got my item! 😥
