I only used Prezzybox as they listed delivery in time for Easter. Turns out this was a 'technical fault' or some such. But they gave me vouchers for the extra delivery costs! Nonetheless, no items arrived in time so defeated the object of using Prezzybox in the first place.

I wish I could write a review, I can’t. I ordered a seven inch chocolate pizza to be delivered to my son, who is in his final year of uni and stuck in Birmingham. He is missing Easter and it’s also his 21st birthday on Tuesday. However, he never received the gift, even though the tracking from Hermes said it had been delivered. I hope whoever ended up with it enjoyed it, but I am gutted.

Delivery details were incorrect on website.... I wasn’t notified of this until 24 hours later though. Was offered a voucher for a discount providing I placed another order. Terrible customer service. Do not rely on the delivery options offered as a guaranteed Saturday delivery (for example), may well mean the following Wednesday.

I chose Prezzybox at short notice as their website said they were delivering items as normal. I paid the extra money for next day delivery as it was for my friends 50th birthday that day and thought it would be lovely for her to receive a present on her birthday. Sadly, 3 days on and the present still hasn't reached her. I've had no phone call from anyone to say when it will be delivered. I realise the current conditions affect many deliveries as is stated on so many websites but Prezzybox said their deliveries were going ahead as normal. Not impressed at all.

Wat a cheek. Asking me to review wen I still havnt recieved my parcel due yesterday for my mums birthday. Have nothing now to give her yet last update from Hermes was 9 16pm last night saying the order is on it's way? So where is it? A main door semi detached house yet issue with delivering. I'm disgusted. If I knew I used this service I would never hav ordered from u and will never order again. I want a refund and dont dare deliver this item to me tomorrow as it's far too late. U say there is no delays with delivery on our website well YES THERE IS. Misleading information. U have ruined my mumd birthday as I have absolutely nothing to give her now
