Very disappointed, delivery has not taken place, Hermes have not confirmed when order will be delivered and Prezzybox.com has not replied to my email, this is so embarrassing as this is a birthday gift.

I used this website specifically for its next day present service offering. I payed for a next day/Saturday delivery to ensure delivery of a birthday present on the required day. The order was placed on 8th and has still not arrived 3 days later.

I paid for Saturday delivery and still haven’t even had a dispatch email, it’s now Monday. I needed the presents by today hence why I paid the extra money, I sent an email enquiring What’s going on and had no reply.

I paid extra for a courier to deliver my friends child’s birthday present . Should have arrived last Friday and STILL not delivered . Crying child . Very disappointed !!!

Cannot get in contact with you or dpd my brother didn't receive the present for his 70th Birthday at all. I paid 9.99 for next day delivery. Pretty fed up with you and dpd.

Ordered a gift from the next day delivery section of the website and paid extra (cost as much as the actual gift) for next day delivery. Got confirmation email that everything is being processed fine. Got an email that evening saying that the gift won’t be delivered until after 4 days. Raised a query online regarding this. Still waiting for a response. Cannot give a review on the gift as it still has not been delivered yet.

I had bought chocolates, with a message (thank you) but they were delivered as a melting hazard which the recipient not only had to throw straight away.. It leaked on her carpet too. Absolutely awful.
