My order was a split delivery, with a week between items being delivered. As this was a gift the impact was totally lost. Not only did this cause major disappointment, there was no indication of items not arriving together at time of payment and extra was paid for prompt delivery. I would probably not use this site again. Regards Catherine

The gift wasn’t delivered. I’m enquiring with Hermes why not but my friend’s birthday was over a week ago and she still hasn’t received the present. Will not be using again.

I was very disappointed that after placing my order had no response email from Prezzy Box. I had no idea that the order had been accepted until I received an email from the courier to say delivery had been made to the recipient. I emailed Prezzy Box twice to see what was happening but heard nothing. I definitely won’t recommend or use Prezzy Box again.

My parcels were delivered today and the boxes (games) inside were battered and open - I cannot give these to people as presents, they look so messy/disgusting. Very disappointed.

Order is going to be 3 days late I am so disappointed. I paid £10 for next day delivery. My friend has her birthday on the same day as me, this is the first time I have ever missed her birthday.

I havn't recieved my order which was £25. I ordered it 2-3 weeks ago and still havn't got it. I would like you to tell me where my delivery is and when it will be arriving as it was a present and their birthday present will now be 2 weeks belated. Very dissapointed :(

Well, Prezzybox.com maybe fine - idea, website and timely delivery. But, it was only after I had made my purchase, that I read some reviews (on a different website), and I was aghast! Quite simply, I thought I had purchased a delightfully gorgeous looking, good quality decanter. It was only after I had made my purchase though, that I read some reviews about it,(silly me!). This was not what the reviews of said product confirmed however; indeed, my purchase was revealed to be of only half bottle capacity, and made of the thinnest poor quality material. The fact is no review could determine whether the material was glass or plastic, only that it was exceedingly thin and resembled the sort of product you’d expect to find in a ‘pound shop’! I will be honest and say that I haven’t opened the delivered package yet, but it does feel ridiculously light, and I can tell it’s content is certainly not full bottle size. But worse things happen at sea,,so when I give my present, I’ll just prepare the ‘giftee’, so there is no horrendous shock.
