Delayed. Probabaly down to using hermes as a courier. Won't use site again, sorry!

Paid for Saturday delivery, had an email off the delivery company to say Prezzybox still hadn’t given them the parcel on Saturday afternoon. And when it arrived, the box was unbelievably damaged

The shopping experience was good on your website unfortunately the box was open when it was delivered and left on a drain in my carport on a very rainy day so the box and it’s contents were sopping wet.

Ordered 2 100 Movie Posters, arrived in a crushed box with no internal protection for them other than the boxes the posters came in. Which in turn are crumpled down the side. These were both Christmas gifts so massively disappointed and contemplating returning them as I cant gift them as gifts now

Haven't received my package and there's no sign of it either...I had an email from the courier (hermes) saying they attempted delivery but nobody was home...this was an outright lie because I have been home the entire time and nobody has been to my door...I know this isn't the fault of prezzy box but I havent received what I payed for and the courier they use seems to have just abandoned me
