Let me order items, then 3 days after purchase informed me that they were out of stock. These were xmas gifts and left me no time to order anything else, won’t be ordering from here again very disappointing

Sadly, a birthday present for my wife arrived rain damaged and had to be sent back with Hermes. Not sure how it came to be so soaked during transit.

Was told at check out that both my items were for express delivery (christmas presents). Once I'd paid it said one could be expected by the 8th jan. I emailed prezzy box to see if I could cancel that item and was told no. I will not be using prezzy box again.

Order said would arrive on 21 December. Now just been told it wont until week commencing 4 Jan. Not really acceptable

Next day delivery advertised - delivered 72hours after. Not good enough if you pay for an extra service you don't receive. If you can't complete a service, don't take money for it.
