- Ordered to be delivered on a specified date... it 3 days early. - You ask if i want to include a note, and then do not include the note. Basically my grandfather received his birthday gift 3 days earlier with no note of who it came from. He thought it was sent by mistake as was attempting to try and arrange return with the courier before i found out.

Hello, Thanks for your recent review. We can see that you selected a standard delivery for your order, which gives a 4 day window for delivery. We not offer delivery on a specific selected date however we recommend using the next day delivery and ordering the day before the item is needed in this situation. We're sorry that your gift message was not included in your order, this should have been printing onto the delivery note, we can only apologise if this was not included. I am deeply unimpressed as the parcel hasn’t arrived. It was meant to come before Christmas and has still not arrived now on the 29th of december. Outrageous.
