Ordered birthday gifts email received to say a delivery date only to find one item delivered on birthday a pair of socks ! No notification and 2nd parcel to be delivered up to 10 days later it did eventually arrive later that day but that was more luck than anything I won’t order again very disappointed

Very very unhappy. I placed an order and paid an extra amount for a specific delivery to arrive on a birthday. The items never arrived. Contacted Hermes who were apparently dealing with the delivery- no reply whatsoever from them. Disgraceful service which has left me out of pocket and embarrassed so hank you

The product looked like a reject was used. The engraved wood surround was chipped along one edge, and part of the veneer on one corner was a different colour. Very disappointed to have to use this as a special present for my son, but no time to get a replacement. I will never be tempted to use this company again.

Paid £10 for next day delivery on Tuesday afternoon, it’s now Sunday still not arrived. Unsatisfied to say the least and will never be using again, items was a gift for birthday but that’s now been missed ive been unable to make contact no answer

Confirmed my order but emailed me to say not delivering to N ireland- despite taking the address & confirming delivery instructions . Very disappointed.

Ordered with Saturday delivery as needed to give to our daughter today (Sunday). Yet to receive an email to say the order has been despatched. Please don’t blame Covid-19 and don’t offer a Saturday delivery if you can’t fulfill it.

Very disappointed, placed order and paid no problem, next day I got an email and refund to say they did not ship to Northern Ireland which is part of UK because of Brexit. I have no problem with other suppliers sending goods from GB.

Paid a significant premium for a Saturday delivery. When my item arrived it was two days late. I called to discuss this and the response I received was a very bored "Yeah, sorry 'bout that". There was no comprehension at all that if a large amount of money is paid for a delivery by a particular date, then the item is clearly required by then! There was also no explanation as to why my delivery was late - was it a packing error, a knowingly impossible deadline, something else? Extremely poor and amateur experience with Prezzybox. A birthday present was not given on time and that is simply not good enough.

I requested the following words to be printed on a box of chocolate bars for myself; "MS & Cancer Fuel" Without requesting context, "Prezzy" took it upon themselves to arbitrarily determine what people *may* find offensive & deny my custom & the amoral facts taught by a professor of Endocrinology stating that glucose is a main fuel source for cancer (mutation of cells). I can't quite fathom how, as a business, they can play arbiter to determine what facts might be misconstrued as offensive, however, despite living in a culture of alleged free speech, we are a capitalist market & they can refuse my custom, just like I can leave a review questioning exactly who do they *think* they are elevating themselves above medical science & calling it offensive.

Provided with a delivery date between Tuesday and Thursday this week, having ordered the previous Friday for a birthday tomorrow to discover that the parcel was only handed to the delivery company on the Thursday 6 days after ordered. Very disappointed that my partner will not be getting his present when you wakes up tomorrow. Guess I need to find something else!!
