“Please don't put "Saturday delivery guaranteed" if you can't deliver it on the said day. Nonetheless, the parcel was delivered okay today (Monday). I just wish you would fulfill the delivery dates as agreed as you are charging extra for guaranteed dates. Thanks”

“Do not rely on PrezzyBox to deliver your gift on time, even if you choose next day or Saturday delivery because they certainly didn’t deliver for me. When you call yourselves “PrezzyBox" you need, at the very least, to be able to deliver presents on the day required, otherwise why bother...”
