“I ordered all for my husbands 60th birthday presents, paid, had confirmation email to then get an email to say sorry we don't deliver to Northern Ireland!!! Why didn't this come up when I put my address in for delivery plus have to wait 3 to 5 working days for my refund and had to go elsewhere and reorder and now the gifts won't be here in time.”

“Very difficult to use birthday promotion discount. Long periods of silence following my concerns. Still have no idea if the discount has been refunded.”

However, we can see that this problem was resolved by giving you a refund of 5% of the order cost. “I really liked the range of gifts on offer from Prezzybox, found it easy to order and was impressed by the quick response (and refund/apology) I received when my order didn't arrive on the specified date. I would use Prezzybox again and recommend it on that basis. It only lost a star because of the delivery delay!”

“It wasn’t that great I ordered a lighter and it came with no liquid in and it was tiny you charged me for delivery and it was £10 not worth it at all I was disappointed with what I received”

“All of the packages arrived in good condition; nothing was broken. However, most of the items that I purchased were gifts for my mother. She was the one who collected the packages, so it was unfortunate that the boxes has ‘PREZZYBOX’ written on them. Regardless, I am happy with my purchase.”
