Nothing arrived!! Late for Christmas and no response from customer service. Appalling.

Ordered parcel on the 12th December, was assured it would be here by 18th at latest. Now it is the 21st and no sign of it. I called prezzy box and whistl who had no way of locating the parcel so now i go to Australia today missing multiple christmas presents for my family.

It took 6 days to dispatch my order, ordered Tuesday, received an email the following Monday to say it had been dispatched, it’s now Wednesday and I’ve still not received it. Was meant for my daughters secret santa tomorrow which it has not arrived for :-(

I ordered gifts for work colleagues on the 12th December on the understanding they would be delivered within approx 48 hours however I have still not received the gifts and its now the 20th December and too late to give out the gifts as my last day at work is tomorrow. I know have £40 + worth of useless gifts assuming they ever arrive.

Arrived very late and had to get another gift in the meantime to compensate. Also your courier service- Hermes- not good, very rude and not helpful at all

Full of expectation but the delivery date has passed by and we still are awaiting for it to arrive. Where is it? The Royal Mail appear to have lost it. Very disappointed.

Bought item giant gummy bear had no email then emailed them 3 days later to be told out of stock but yet still took my money not very good now waiting for a refund pointless exercise

Ordered some socks for Christmas presents, delivery said 5 day then said could take a further 2 day because of the weather , understandable. Rang after about 10 days and asked when they would be delivered then was told there out of stock and none are coming in !!! As a disabled person I have somehow got to get into my town to buy different Christmas presents. Quick enough to take my money but failed to let me know there was out of stock.

The date of arrival for my purchase came and went. Contacted them to find out that its out of stock, but they hadn't told me. I asked for a refund, and then was told, they did have one left and were sending it. At this point I am still waiting to receive it.

Its impossible to get through on the phone. I can't locate returns on your website. The Gin and tonic bubble bath had leaked and was empty on delivery and had spoiled the Poo Head game - you can see liquid spillage mark on picture. The bubble wrap costume was safe as it was wrapped in a clear plastic protective bag which was wipeable. Order no. 102318523.
