Was given date for delivery that didn’t materialise and when I telephoned was told that delivery was now 2 weeks afternoon Christmas. No email to apologise. My daughter who was visiting went away with no present. Rubbish customer service!

My order hasn't arrived yet ,suppose to have been dispatched on the 14/12 where is it ,if not here by Saturday I'm going to have to go buy something else not. Happy order number 102311650 c Lowe

item was supposed to arrive between 12. and 16. of Dec, but didn't arrive until 18. It was supposed to be a secret Santa present for a work colleague and I looked pretty stupid not to have it on the 16th.

Parcel due to arrive the 18-12-2017...still not arrived to date 21-12-2017. When I rang customer service I was told “if it doesn’t arrive or it’s late,just give a call and it would be refunded😤😤😤😤 I then explained it was a gift for my granddaughter for Xmas.. assistant almost expected parcel not to arrive on time!!! Very poor service.

I would absolutely not use your website again, you charge shipping without shipping the goods! Did not receive an update my item was not available to ship! The item the website let me purchase was also out of stock! Terrible customer service!!

I find it quite incredible that you are asking me to write a review when my parcel hasn’t even turned up!! Bad weather conditions and Christmas are a poor excuse - we are long past the bad weather, and you should allow for Christmas when you commit to delivering within a certain time.! I am hoping it will arrive today.
