Late delivery, unhelpful customer services! Paid £3.99 for postage and it came untracked via standard Royal Mail and was missing an item out of the gift set. Unable to speak with customer services now as they have all gone off for Christmas and now left me without a gift to give someone. Cheers! Definitely won’t be using them again!

Presents were supposed to be delivered within a week, it has now been several days longer than that and still no delivery. I struggle to understand why any company would use Royal Mail standard delivery just before Christmas. Will never use company again and will be requesting a refund shortly.

When one of my orders arrived it was dirty and damaged I made a complaint and told I would get a refund and this still hasn’t happened and when my other item arrived very late overall it has been a bad experience and I probably won’t order from here again! I was looking forward to ordering from this site as I’ve heard many good things about it but for my item to come dirty and smashed I was not impressed

I ordered a product and recieved a confirmation but after 1 week there was still no sign of the present so contacted customer services to be told the product had gone out of stock and it looked like I had never been contacted about this. All they could do was refund me! Why did it take me ringing for this to happen. As it was a Christmas present and the 21st Dec I had to go elsewhere and pay more for delivery to ensure it arrived on time. Poor show Prezzybox .... definutely expected better.

I am still currently waiting for my order. It orginally said an estimated delivery date 17th-21st Dec. It’s the 23rd today and I’m still waiting. I hope it arrives for Christmas...

Placed order on 12th Dec. Estimated delivery by 16th. Order actually received on 22nd with 1 item missing. Had to buy more presents as not received in time. I have been assured of receiving it on 23rd. Customer service was poor & uncaring.

Today is the 4th January 2018 and my product has just arrived should of been here between the 20th _ 25th December 2017 was a present for my wife will not be using you again service is terrible

I ordered some goods on Wednesday 13th December & was given an estimated delivery date of 15th - 19th December. I had one part of my order arrive but at the time of writing (22nd of December) I have not received the final part. I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year but I feel like the estimated delivery window was very inaccurate. I have asked for the final part of my order to be cancelled as I have to go elsewhere to get my items.

Have not yet received my item and it is outside the date frame window from when I ordered, incredibly annoyed with the level of service, not even an email to explain the dela. Furious

Delivery dates were out by 3 days which meant that I didn’t receive the order in time. I then asked to change where it wasn’t delivered but this wasn’t possible. Also I have no notification of whether it was delivered! So not good!!

Very disappointed as still have not arrived although I ordered this on 13th Dec. I needed it for 21st and when I ordered it on your website it said it would be delivered by then.

I ordered item on 13/12/17 apparently it wasnt packed until 17/12/201 and not shipped until 18/12/2017. I'm still awaiting delivery. So will not be ordering from you again.
