Immediately after placing the order , I'd realised that I'd ordered the incorrect product. Therefore I emailed your business to cancel the order - 3 days later I was informed I could not cancel and it had been shipped out . in my business experience, orders can be cancelled if authorised in the early stages . I wouldn't recommend or order from you again because of this .

I am disgusted with the parcel i have recived from you, 1 the package was open when i recived it. 2 i havent got the whole of the gift i only have two tubes not 5. 3 the tubes that i do have are smashed up and broken 4 the whole package is ripped apart I am really not happy with this as it was meant to be a christmas presant and it had come in a mess!!! And it wasnt cheap!!

Delivery wasn't delivered on time due to no address given to delivery company. Tried ringing prezzybox only to get a message say voicemail box full I then spent over an hour trying to get through to delivery company who eventually told me they hadn't got address details. The gift I ordered was then not here in time for me to give to my friend. Very disappointed doubt I would use prezzybox again.

Ordered on 15th December, but still not received my item even though they emailed to say it would be here by the 21st at the latest!!! Very disappointing as these were xmas presents.

I ordered my present on the 15 of December phone them on the 22 was told it would be here before Christmas still have not got it would never use this site or recommend it to other people

An item stated to be delivered was missing from my parcel. To my knowledge, despite my compliant, nothing has been done about it. No refund, no replacement .

Arrived later than promised, too late for purpose, had to go to Tesco for replacement. Had they told me upfront there was a delay I wouldn't have ordered, I was only notified of this on order conformation. Won't be buying from here again.

Didn’t receive gift before Xmas day and was told it was courier who let me down due to adverse weather conditions that happened 3 weeks ago. Order placed on 13th of December.

I ordered quite a few items from prezzybox and I thought that there was a great variety of items to choose from. I received an email to say my order had been dispatched the day after it was supposed to arrive but I was in no rush so that was fine. I then received the items and, apart from the half ripped of sticker in the colouring book, the items are good! The ones that actually turned up that is. So, my speaker I had ordered had been cancelled (still awaiting refund) and I hadn't received any emails to let me know this had happened which has now left me with next to no time to replace it. I received a necklace that I didn't order and my lava lamp was nowhere to be seen! I called customer service and the girl I spoke to was lovely and very helpful! She told me that she would get the lava lamp and necklace I did order sent out for next day delivery (it didn't come the next day but whatever). I have now received my new package and in side is a lava lamp with damaged packaging and a note saying they've cancelled my necklace, again, no email to inform me of this! Still awaiting my refund for that item as well. Luckily, in the meantime, I had ordered the same lamp and necklace from amazon and it arrived sooner than this alleged next day delivery package from prezzybox and my items are all there and not damaged so I'll be sending the damaged lava lamp back and I'm not looking forward to that process at all. So yeah, not a happy customer and not one that will be returning either, obviously.

Failure to deliver despite paying for express delivery. Overall lack of courtesy and customer care Failure to deliver a second time despite waiting in all night Lack of thought in customer interactions. Your staff need to differentiate between someone’s right to point out your mistakes and being rude. Lack of response to email interactions Generally what looks like greed over customer satisfaction

Was very disappointed, the picture of santa on the bauble is brown when he should be red. On the internet he is red but actually brown when it arrived. So I will be sending it back as it's not as pictured.

I placed an order for three items on the 13/12/2017 with next day delivery. The package was delivered late (on the 15/12/17) and one of the items had broken in transit, the liquid was seeping out of the package however the driver still tried to deliver the item. The parcel was immediately refused and handed back to the driver. I emailed prezzybox straight away to inform them. I have an email confirmation stating the parcel was refused following and a full tracking history on the yodel website. I emailed on the 17/12/17 explaining the situation and that I would like a refund for all three items and also for the next day postage and packing (as item was ordered on 13/12/17 and was not delivered until the 15/12/17). I have had one acknowledgment email and nothing further. Not pleased at all.

firstly the time it to actually despatch my packet was over a week. When my items arrived 1 item was missing, I contacted you by phone and was told the item was showing as out of stock where as the emails I had told me the item had been packed and dispatched. So this would make me assume with the packing process my paid for item was most likely taken out of my parcel and that would explain why it was not dispatched for so long. I was told I would hear back from someone the same day but have not heard anything. It was a Christmas gift that I have had to source elsewhere and pay extra money to get it here before Christmas. I will be wanting a full refund and would advise others to not use this service.
