Where is the thing that I ordered? I ordered a mug a week before xmas and it has not arrived as yet. I have a good memory for this stuff and will not be using you guys again. Whats the point calling yourselves Prezzie Box when you cant deliver at the times when most people are buying presents?

Ordered projector for a Christmas present promised between 19th and 22nd December did not arrive and still not here 26th December so will be returning it as soon as it does arrive will not trust this company again

I was not notified that items were not in stock after ordering, I only found out that my order had not been dispatched after 2 email queries a week after th order was placed

Still haven't come and we're Christmas presents ordered a week in advance, been dispatched and still not delivered Need a full refund as Christmas been and gone so no good to me anymore Thank you do not want to have to take this further

you delayed my delivery due to adverse weather, this was a lie, i checked the entire uk and no weather would have prevented the delivery, i also had had items delivered from the usa and china at the same time they arrived on time. If you have problems don't use the weather as an excuse at least be honest

Hi order was not delivered for Christmas and tracking didn't help at all - said it was being returned. No way to contact. Very Disappointed with company as it was first time using it. Other companies were all able to fulfil and deliver orders !!

Ordered gifts for Christmas that said expected delivery Tuesday-Friday and didn’t turn up in time for Christmas Day (Monday) family ended up with rushed presents because prezzybox were unable to stick to their word of delivery. Will not be shopping on this side again. When products EVENTUALLY arrive I will be returning.

You never sent my item,I never received an email to say the order had been cancelled which led to me not having time to sort Christmas present in time! Pretty fucking poor service!!!!

The item ordered (on 17th Dec) did not arrive before Christmas, though the delivery dates given were 19-22nd Dec. We were emailed on Tues 19 Dec to say the item had been despatched, but it didn't arrive before Christmas Day and no one got in touch again to say it was running late. When we rang customer services on Fri 22nd Dec we were told nothing could be done to help and that the company had no idea where the package was, as it was now with Yodel. Your customer services rep said no one was working on Sat 23rd Dec and didn't sound interested. We understand the delivery date was an estimate, but the follow-up service after the order was poor and we'd have appreciated more contact. Frankly, if you receive an email on 19th Dec saying the order has been despatched, you expect it to arrive within 72 hours. The package - still awaited - was a gift for our 10 year old. We won't be recommending the company based on our experience.

My parcel was expected between 19-22 December. Which was Christmas presents. Still not received !! Emailed but the office is shut till Wednesday so not been able to chase up!!!

8 days later from ordering and paying for next day delivery I have still not got my order, annoyed is an understatement. Missed giving for someone's birthday and now Christmas too.
