Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it for a further 3 days phone customer service who where not helpful at all I will never shop here again

Well it’s now Boxing Day, and the items dispatched on 20th Dec haven’t yet arrived, so I can hardly recommend you as a decent Christmas gift supplier...

One of my items got cancelled due to no stock 2 days before Christmas, and the order was put in 5 days before hand. This caused issues as it was meant to be a present

Still waiting for this Christmas present to arrive (estimated delivery was the 23rd at the latest) well its not actually been posted yet. Some communication saying it was going to be delayed might have been good customer service.

Still not received goods, delivery was between 19-22 December and still not received, rather embarrassing wh n they were Christmas presents.

Told me I would receive the parcel before Christmas. Paid for the delivery. Never turned up. Still haven’t recieved it!

We did not receive the items we ordered despite being told they would arrive 19-22nd December. No phone line open to call on 23rd or 24th so some very disappointed family relatives. Won't use again

Website says you deliver internationally but on trying to order personalised books to be sent to Holland and Ireland it couldn't be done. However, even worse was that it didn't stop me doing the booking so I thought the items (for Christmas presents) were ordered when in fact they were not! I was informed a few days later and of course was much too late for Christmas. The products looked good (and one I ordered for my granddaughter was lovely) but website useability absolutely dreadful.

Where is the thing that I ordered? I ordered a mug a week before xmas and it has not arrived as yet. I have a good memory for this stuff and will not be using you guys again. Whats the point calling yourselves Prezzie Box when you cant deliver at the times when most people are buying presents?

Ordered projector for a Christmas present promised between 19th and 22nd December did not arrive and still not here 26th December so will be returning it as soon as it does arrive will not trust this company again
