Only half of my order was delivered. Other half was cancelled without informing myself or without a reason. Despite this i was still charged for all the items. Noone from customer services got back to me. Would not recommend!!

Ordered a Santa letter for my son on 17/12/17. It’s now xmas day and it never arrived very disappointing!

My delivery was estimated to arrive by the 22nd of December. This was a Christmas gift for my significant other. It is now Christmas and it still has not arrived and at no point was I given any tracking information or updates to my order. It is now too late to purchase another gift and I am £30 out of pocket for a package which never arrived. Overall I am incredibly disappointed and won’t be using this site again.

Terrible product. As soon as you open it all the meal worms fall off, so you just end up with a pile of meal works and a very small bar of cheap yucky chocolate. Totally wouldn't recommend, over priced rubbish!

Ordered items on 17 December and they had not arrived by 22 December. Contacted a customer services lady and she was very apologetic explained my order had been missed but not to worry as everything is in stock and she’ll ensure it’s processed for next day (Saturday 23) delivery so I have my gifts for Christmas. No delivery arrived and customer services are only open Mon - Fri. I understand Christmas is a busy time but not being able to deliver a service that is advertised isn’t acceptable at any time of the year.

Gift was meant to come by 18 December. Hasn't been delivered yet and it's Xmas day. Rang to get an update and customer service did not help at all. Won't be using this site again.

I ordered 11 items totalling £153.88 from you on 16th December. All of these items were advertised as “Arrives in time for Christmas”. When selecting delivery options, the ‘standard’ delivery estimated arrival between 19/12-22/12 for 10 of the items (Delivery 1) and between 20/12-25/12 for 1 item which was personalised (Delivery 2). I received an email saying ‘your order has been dispatched’ on Wed 20/12 and Delivery 2 then arrived on 21/12. Had this item not arrived in time for Christmas I would have been disappointed but not complaining given the estimate given and with the item being personalised. I received another email on Thurs 21/12 saying ‘your order has been dispatched’. However, NONE of the other 10 items have arrived yet today (24/12) leaving me unable to give my family their presents tomorrow. Using the Track My Delivery option from the email, I can see the following chain of events: Thurs 16:18 We’re expecting your parcel Thurs 18:34 Sorted at regional depot Thurs 19:21 Centrally sorted Fri 01:01 Sorted at regional depot Fri 02:59 For delivery today (8:00am - 8:00pm) Fri 05:05 Sorted at regional depot After the parcel did not arrive on Friday, I called Hermes and the automated phone service they offer which said my parcel would arrive ‘in the next two working days’, and advised to call the retailer for issues with items not arriving. I then tried the contact number from your email to find that you were already closed and the message state that opening hours are only Mon-Fri anyway. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service given the amount of money I have spent with you. I understand that it is a busy time of year for deliveries and you have a delivery estimate of between those dates, but the items should not be advertised as arriving in time for Christmas if you can’t guarantee that, or at the least contact the customer to explain that they won’t arrive and why. Alternatively, if there is only a guarantee of next day delivery is paid extra for, that should be made clear. Feel free to contact me via email.

I ordered something on the 15th of December and was told I would get it before Xmas it is now Xmas eve and I have not received anything! I am so disappointed with this service and tried to track my parcel and am unable to do so.

Ordered online and because I’ve recently moved Paypal gave wrong address, because of the system it didn’t allow me to check the delivery address before submitting the order which to me is a major flaw, and because it was Friday evening couldn’t get hold of anyone until Monday, which to me for a retail company in 2017 / 2018 is a big FAIL! They couldn’t change the Address before it was dispatched and no way of myself editing my order, only online site I’ve come across that doesn’t allow that... they said I would get a refund when the item is “officially” lost which is ridiculous because the instant it was dispatched to the wrong address it was lost as far as I’m concerned. I emailed them asking when it would be classed as lost and have had ZERO reply. I would avoid this company if I had the chance again...

Christmas gift due to be delivered 19th-20th of December not dispatched until 22nd at 21:15hrs and not yet with courier... Ordered 16th Dec inside published Christmas delivery window. Very poor.

Paid for next day delivery, items not delivered I was told that the warehouse hadn’t distributed them, same thing happened the next day. In the end I waited in 4 separate days for the items to arrive when they did and despite me making several calls to find out where my items were I had an item missing and when I called again to find out why it said cancelled on the invoice I was told the item was on back order but no one told me this over the four days and several phone calls despite them seeing it in front of them and been told they knew it was on back order. Very dissatisfied and dreadful service.

I won a £5 discount voucher to use a prezzibox so used it towards a couple of books. they took nearly a week to arrive. after the purchase I looked on eBay and found them new a lot cheaper. even with the prezzibox discount voucher they were a lot more expensive. will stick to eBay from now on.
