I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. APPALLING SERVICE AND CONSTANTLY LIED TO ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES. THEY'RE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WON'T DELIVER THE GOODS. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE BOGUS CON ARTISTS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I still haven’t received my item! The service is horrendous. I ordered some Christmas presents on the 13th December and it’s not the 22nd I’ve not received anything!!!!!

I ordered a personalised gift well in time for Christmas, it was dispatched on the 18th Dec due to be delivered between 19th & 21st Dec. I rang Prezzybox today to find the whereabouts of the parcel and was told they can't help me because they have no means of tracking it because parcels are sent without tracking and I should check with neighbours and go to my local sorting office to see if it's there. Delivery was Royal mail 48 and although you could blame Royal mail for losing my parcel I would blame the company that thought it was acceptable to send my Christmas package untracked in the first place, I would always want to ensure the best service to my clients and would have always spent the extra couple of quid to provide a better service so that my client wasn't asked to go and track down the parcel themselves. Sorry will not order from these guys again.

Placed order and delivery should have been between 15th - 18 December it is now the 22nd and still no delivery . These were gifts for work colleagues and it is too late to give to them now. Order number 102335540 still now received will never use prezziebox again or should I say noprezziebox !

Ordered and paid for an item that was in stock on Wednesday 13th December only to receive an email from you on Monday 18th to say that the delivery will not be met as out of stock! Too late to try and get the same item from another company. Still awaiting your reply to my email

Good item but took forever to arrive, rang customer services who said they would "get back to me" obviously this didn't happen, gift arrived 3 days too late for our work secret Santa so was totally useless!! Would not use this company again!!

We were given a delivery window of 15-19 Dec. It is now 21 Dec and we have not received the item.

I am still waiting for my delivery (21st Dec) after ordering on 13th so disappointed as estimated delivery was on Tues 19th. This means I am unable to give my presents to my friends.

My purchase is yet to arrive. The Estimated date that I was given was the 15th to the 19th December. I understand deliveries may be delayed because of the Christmas period but at no point was I informed this would be the case.

Was promised a delivery on 18th got the product on the 21st When calling to see why it’s late was told it will be there soon. No one knew when my delivery would come.

Ordered for next day delivery on wed 13th and item said would be delivered on the Monday 18th. Which was annoying but fine as I required it for this day. Item did not arrive until 20th. Email said on 18th asking for update, and still no response.

When selecting an item to purchase. They advertise next day delivery if a purchase is made before a specific time. This was followed but after purchasing the item. The email they send about the delivery information advises that they are experiencing delays and the item arrived a day later than wanted. Time delivery delays should be shown to the user before purchasing an item. Your advertisement of next day delivery is false if you only notify us of delays after a purchase. Your advertisement of next day delivery blatant lie as when you know that there are delays in delivery. As I and other family members use it for fast deliveries. Frustrating to deal with such incompetent thinking and false advertisement
