My encounter with prezzibox was extremely disappointing. I ordered a personalised travel mug which arrived without the silicone lid. Prezzibox have continuously assured me that this is on its way, I ordered in October and still no sign of the lid. Appalling.

Goods failed to arrive and customer services gave completely inconsistent accounts of what had happened to the goods. They gave the impression of “not giving a damn”

Only part of my order has arrived and the email stated the whole order would be here by 18/12 at the latest. I’ve tried calling and all I get is a message stating the office is now closed got the option to leave a message and my order number but got a response of mail box is now full. So I’m still not much clearer to where 3 out of my 4 items I’ve ordered are. Not happy at all. #oneangrycustomer

I had ordered something for a secret Santa on the 11th, I had an email sent on the 12th saying it had been dispatched it's the 20th still hasn't turned up. So I'm wondering why did I pay £3.90 for delivery when it's taken 8 days so far to get here

My parcel was meant to be delivered between the 12-15th of December this included me paying extra money to get my parcels before Christmas. Onnrhd site I can't track my order bit apparently it has been dispatched on the 12th so I don't know where it is. That is why I am kit happy with this company and I won't be ordering from it again.

Ordered item on 11th December with a shipping estimate of 13th-16th December (Saturday), item was not dispatched until Friday after 5pm and indicated to me that Prezzybox didn’t care if the item turned up by 16th Brought this up via customer services and received a template response after the auto responder which didn’t address or acknowledge any of my points in my email

Still waiting for items to arrive, meant to arrive between 14th and 16th December. It’s the 19th now!!! So I can’t review anything apart from how horrendously badly you have estimated my delivey date!!

I'm still waiting for my delivery and have emailed about this and still not heard anything back the parcel was suppose to be delivered between 14th and 18th of December still nothing and no updates and can't track the parcel terrible service

I wrote an email of complaint as soon as I got my order 102310876 personalized whiskey tumbler.there was a fault in the glass I was so disappointed I will have to point it out to the person as it will probably crack on first wash.I can't send it back no time for Xmas.I didn't receive a reply .you were recommended to me so disappointed. K

I still haven’t received my personalised mug that I was expecting today as given by you! The person who it’s for is here today and travelling back to Dubai tomorrow so not overly impressed as it was a Christmas present!

The delivery waa estimated for the 16th latest, didn't arrive until 19th. No longer needed- sending back and expect full refund.
