I paid £5.99 for next day delivery and it didn't come until a week later and when I emailed enquiring where my parcel was and if I could be refunded for my delivery charges, I was ignored.

I ordered the Bluetooth shower speaker and when the item came the box was ripped and battered. This js a Christmas prestent so I don't want to risk returning it incase it doesn't get here on time. Let's just hope the product works.

I have still not received my order. The tracking system doesn't work after it has been shipped. You are emailing me asking how you did before I have even received it.

Item has not arrived. This is my son's Xmas present to his father and he is extremely concerned it hasn't arrived & won't arrive in time for Xmas despite him ordering in time and paying for it from his own pocket money ( via my account). Very disappointed- not impressed How will this be rectified?

My parcel was meant to be here by 15th Dec and as of yet still no sign of it! Shame they were secret Santa pressies for sat 16th....so no good to me now.

Asking for a review yet I still haven't recieved my items?! I've emailed them 3 times with no response and staff are very unhelpful on phone telling me to 'wait another day' Literally fuming and deserve a refund.

My delivery date was between 12th-15th of December, it wasn’t until the 18th of December that I got an e-mail to say what I had bought was out of stock and My parcel hadn’t even been sent yet! It was meant to be for my work secret Santa and so I had to go out and my a whole new present as it took you so long!

Placed my first order with you on a Sunday evening which was a birthday gift for my niece intended to be delivered directly to her. However, my payment and delivery details were taken via PayPal with no warning that this was the final step and there would be no opportunity to change. I noticed immediately and contacted your customer services who said it could be changed if it hadn’t been packed yet which was very unlikely as I’d just placed the order. Next thing I know I get an email saying my parcel has been dispatched. When I try to track it I can’t see which address it’s going to. I contacted customer services again to ask where it ended up going... I got a response a day later after the package had arrived to say the address hadn’t been changed. Actually pretty unprofessional message considering, please see attached. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. I paid for express delivery to still get it sent to the wrong address!

Goods were supposed to arrive by 14th Dec but still haven’t come. The party I needed them for had come and gone. Not happy.

Delivery was 12 Dec to 15 Dec. Still hasn't arrived. (Today is 18 December.)
