Paid for next day delivery. Item didn't arrive until 2 days after that. Packaging was huge for what the item was - a tiny lip tin of lip gloss. Contacted the company via live chat. Incredibly unhelpful. When I asked about my rights as a consumer (apparently the weather caused delays to delivery), I did not get a reply and then a transcript of the unhelpful conversation was sent to my email. Complete waste of time and money!

Ordered the personalised lighter as an xmas present it came and it was rusty and chipped. Rang customer service and they sent another however that one has came rusty and worse than the original. Rang them again and they offered me yet another replacement, which I have said no to as I don't want it to come rusty yet again! Instead maybe they check their batches.

Package still hasn't arrived and it's been 8 days now. I bought it for a secret Santa - it was supposed to arrive for last Wednesday and yet it still isn't here...

Express delivery took 5 days and products were damaged (by what looked like crafting knives) when they finally arrived.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 9th December and it still hasn't arrived. I need to post it on to recipient but they probably won't receive it until after Christmas now. It was a tree decoration for baby's first Christmas and I feel that the moment has been missed. I'm extremely disappointed.

Pathetic customer service, no idea what was happening with my order and took the money and then have to wait 5 days for a refund Customer help gave information which was false and incorrect. Really bad experience and won't be taking very highly to friends and colleagues in future

Ordered my package on Sunday 10th December. Paid for next day delivery - which apparently was Tuesday 12th? Package still hasn't arrived today the 18th December. I have received to date 3 emails saying Good News! you order is on the way, and including a tracking link. Also various emails from Customer Services and now one asking me to review my experience. So far 12 emails but still no parcel. What a shocking bunch of charlatans you are. You have my money you thieves, I don't have my parcel. NEVER again. Oh. and don't blame the time of the year, Amazon have delivered every package on date promised, usually next day. CROOKS! I enclose a photo of the empty space on my desk where there should be a parcel.

I paid 3.99 for shipping within 2-4 days over a week ago and the item has still not arrived. I chose prezzybox specifically due to the fast shipping and they let me down. The present was for a party on Saturday which I then had to purchase a different gift from elsewhere. Over a week for shipping in this day and age is unacceptable - especially for an additional shipping cost.

Wouldnt give me the option of 0 star. Useless. Bought an item paid next day delivery. Turned up 3DAYS later. I emailed and did not receive a reply and still waiting. Not happy. Had to buy another gift and the one I order turned up broken. WASTE OF TIME!!

Has not arrived- and is now over 14 days after the due date. And no one at Prezzy box seems bothered enough to reply to my messages.
