My item never got sent out for delivery so missed the important date i needed it for. Once emailed they sent out for delivery but i am awaiting delivery of my item.

My order is still not here.I was told that it hadn't been dispatched in the first place,then i was told it was being sent by express delivery.No, haven't got it tried to ring and was told mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message.Was going to email then gave up I've ordered from Amazon instead at least I'll know I'll get it .

The packaging box for all my items was open in more than one place. The delivery man had to close it up but the items inside then had damaged packaging making my Christmas gifts look like second hand items which is a shame as the items themselves would have been great.

Made the order for my secret Santa on the 8th. The party was yesterday and the item is still nowhere to see. I had to buy another present last minute. The company blamed the snow when for the delay. Never use this website again

I ordered my item based on the delivery dates and the item did not arrive by even the latest date and as this was a last minite secret santa present was a issue i tried to find out where my item was by online chat and phone as tge website advises standard delivery is "tracked or untracket with Hermes couriers" which i was told over the phone it was sent normally royal mail and could not be tracked at all i am very angry as there is false advertising there was no mention of standard delivery being royal mail which is false advertising and my item was very late and i looked an idiot in front of my work colleages i will neverbuse thus company againnand am very angry to have paid £4 for a standard royal mail delivery that was very late

Still waiting for my parcel. It was supposed to come on Monday and it's now Saturday. It says on the tracking that it was returned on Monday after being 'investogated'. Now I wouldn't have left this review if after I spoke to someone on Wednesday, they would have actually dealt with the issue like they said they were going to. She said she would email me straight away after she had spoken to 'dispatch'... Still not heard back from them. In fact, this email asking me to leave a review is the first email I've had from them since they confirmed my order! So still out of pocket and no parcel to date. It's annoying that I have to put a single star on this review to be honest. So annoyed.

My delivery was 3 days late. I had ordered presents for friends on Wednesday 6th and was told that they would be delivered by Tuesday 14th at the latest, yet they weren’t delivered until Friday.

Was told item had attempted to be delivered 3 times to my work address (it is open from 730am- 630 pm) never received the item. Delivery notifications weren’t sent by email due to technical error. Full postage and item refund given. Which was fair but inconvenience was caused.

Rubbish ! Ordered a gift for Next Day del - shipped 2 days later . Complained to customer service. Their answer 'We're busy '. wTF !!! No offer of compensation , good will or even P&P refund - until I pointed out it was my legal right. No consideration for the little boy who didn't get his present. Footnote : You don't have a present - delivering business proposition if you can't deliver on the promise .close down before you ruin more special days

I didn't receive an email saying my order had been dispatched, so firstly I emailed and got replies including "It has been dispatched " , "It hasn't been dispatched, do you want to cancel your order?". I then phoned and was told that it would arrive that day. It didn't. It finally arrived today, and as it was for a Secret Santa tomorrow, I had already bought a replacement.

I asked for the name in the book to be ‘Rosie’ and you sent a book to my niece for her 1st birthday with ‘Rose’ written all through it except for the 1st page where you printed ‘Rosey’. I am so disappointed and would like it to be re-sent with the correct name. If you would like photo-evidence I can send pictures. I was hoping to send another book to another friend’s baby as it is such a lovely idea but right now I am not sure!
