I delivery arrived due to out of stock items repeatedly over a week until I requested a refund, rang to ask how long this would take and was told maybe the items have now been dispatched and I would have to go out of my way to return them if they showed up and then my refund would take 5 days. Very unhappy with the whole service dispute previous good experience but will not use again sadly

Purchased an Eaton Mess Jug as a secret santa gift. The straw appeared damaged it looked like some vermin has been chewing on the tip... lucky it's for my manager. Can't wait to see her sucking on it.

My gift has still not been received by it's recipient. Promised delivery was between the 12th and 14th of December. Very disappointed. How do I go about getting a refund?

I am extremely disappointed with the product and the delivery. It was meant to take 1-2 days to be delivered and instead took almost 2 weeks. The product I paid around £22 for is no where near worth the money and I will be sending it back as it was scuffed on the edges from where the delivery driver threw it Over my gate.

Both items I had order were in terrible condition. The book was yellow in colour ‘meant to be white’ with scruffed on bottom of pages. The box with a rose in, the plastic was opened and the box was damaged and dusty. I don’t know how could of gave these out as Christmas presents. Very unhappy and have requested a full refund which is taking ages

I have ordered goods that look very good, the problem is after chasing these goods that should have been with me on the 11th December latest I still have not seen anything. I have chased twice to be told they are on route and yet they are not here. These were purchased as Christmas presents but as they have not turned up I am having to look at other sites to fulfil this. First time on your site and most likely last time on your site

What went right? My parcel never came. I rang up to ask about it and was told that it would be coming the next day, it didn't. I was then told that it had been lost in transit and that a new one would be sent on next day delivery, however, this never arrived either. Prezzybox, you have ruined Christmas.

If my product ever turns up I might upgrade this to a two. £4 delivery is not ok for no tracking, no accountability and no interest when I asked where it was.
