Ordered on 05/12 with estimated delivery 06/12 - 09/12 so just in time for my secret santa. Parcel turned up 13/12 and box was ripped and dumped outside my house in full view of pedestrians. Thanks a lot for making me have to go out and buy something else at the last minute.

I have still not received my gift was due between 7th and 11th December and nothing has arrived yet!!!

I’m still waiting to hear where my parcel is after getting in touch. The shipping information advised that it would be delivered approx on the 7th to the 11th but no one has responded to my request to find out more information. Disappointed.

Still not received my item. Was supposed to receive it 2 days ago at the latest. Asked when I would receive it and was not told or given an exact time/date. Not happy at all

I never received my items. I was asked to leave a feedback by an automated email which is sent after the estimated delivery date. My estimated delivery date was 5 days ago ☹️ And I still haven’t received my items.

My parcel arrived very late and was for a secret Santa that I then couldn’t give on time, Therefore I had to buy another present in a rush on the day I will not order again from you I’m afraid as I was very disappointed

Purchased a retro slushie maker with 3 left in stock. Got my Confirmation email and estimated delivery date. 3 days after the estimated delivery date I hadn’t heard anything in regards to my parcel being dispatched yet alone delivered. So I had to get in touch myself to find out where my parcel was, to find out the item was out of stock and one would not be delivered yet money was still taken. I have been told I will receive a refund but this has not happened just yet. I’m disappointed because this was supposed to be a Christmas present and if I hadn’t enquired, I may not have heard anything from prettybox leaving me with minimal time to buy a different gift
